Roach infestation

Complex hasn’t had management since may. Tenants were made to live in hostile situations such as; no a/c in the heat of the summer, roach infestations as there was no one in office to hire exterminator, black mold coming out of bathroom faucets, structural damage on stairs causing one tenant to fall down the stairs and the elevator being broken months on end when there are disabled people on 4th floor. This place is unprofessional and DIRTY. Please think twice before renting.

downtown

I have a one bedroom one bathroom apartment. All appliances ( dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer),fob required entrance. Walking distance from downtown. Everything in coffeyville happens downtown, or near it. It's a great place. It's a small apartment complex , with a community room. I absolutely love it.

Mill Supply

Perfect location. Center of town, located in the downtown district. Walking distance from banks, shopping centers, day spas, post office and emergency services. Great building management. Each apartment has hardwood flooring in the entry, kitchen and living room. Tile in the bathroom and carpet in the bedrooms. All appliances included (stove, refridgerator, microwave, diswasher, washer and dryer).
