The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mill Pond Village
Apartments are well maintained. The office staff are truly professional and welcoming. Maintenance staff are prompt to repair any issues. If I move back this is the first place I will check on.
I have been living here two years and every time we get a little bit of rain, the entire parking lot floods. I don't mean just a few inches. I mean it floods up to my knees. There is no drainage to our building and the parking lot and surrounding area floods. Three apartments have been condemned. They have fixed them and moved in new tenants. But they have told them about the previous problem, which was that their apartments were flooded. Automobiles have been damaged by the flooding. The place has refused to reimburse the owners claiming that it was an "act of God." An "act of God" is a hurricane. Several times a year is poor construction and not providing proper drainage. If there were negative stars, I would click those. Wait until the next rainstorm in this area and do a satellite map search, you will see it along the outer edge of the property. There is a bunch of people wading to through a (hopefully empty parking lot if we moved our cars in time) to get to another parking lot.
The apartment is nice but they staff could care less about residents. They were suppose to fix a few problems before I moved in and they still have done nothing. Every time I ask they say next week but never do anything and act like I am bothering them to ask. I have talked to other residents and they all say the same thing. They want your money but do nothing after they get it.
Our lease is up soon and I'm pretty happy about it. Even if we weren't moving out of state I probably wouldn't renew the lease here. For the area, it's a decent place. Everywhere else around here is old and rundown and for a hundred dollars less I could've gotten one of those apartments. It's a safe area, and it looks nice enough but it's definitely overpriced. We had some issues with the apartment itself when we moved in, only half of which have been fixed, but it's tolerable. Maintenance for the most part is pretty good but it would be nice to have my balcony power washed and the wasps gotten rid of. And with the price that I pay here, it would also be nice to have some decent amenities. The weight room is awful, most of the machines are broken. I've never used the indoor pool and it's closed during the summer. The outdoor pool is nice. The dog park, which is the only place I can take my dog to run off leash, is poorly maintained. It wouldn't kill them to offer some incentives to continue the lease as well, seeing as I'm a quiet, respectful tenant who has never had a late payment. I feel like it's place that didn't care about you, just your money coming in every month. Oh well, I could go on and on, but it's just some things I've noticed.
This is a homey and comfortable place. It has a family setting AND. the office staff is nice
After living on a 30 acre horse farm I was not sure if I would like apartment life. Mill Pond Village Apartment complex has helped with the transition. Staff have been helpful and know tenants by name. The grounds are well kept with trees and flowers. There is an indoor/ outdoor pool and an exercise room. The picnic area has a gazebos, grills and picnic tables. The apartments are modern and well kept. In my building there has been little to no noise from the neighbors. The buildings are laid out that the steps lead to only 4 apartments in a grouping. Each apartment has a balcony. It is convenient to shopping areas but away from the busyness. I am glad to have chosen this complex to live the apartment life.
