Both suburbs of Dayton, Beavercreek and Bellbrook feature an array of single-family homes, subdivisions, apartment buildings, and condominiums. Beavercreek sits about five miles east of Downtown Dayton, and Bellbrook spans the area directly south of Beavercreek. While both are welcoming, well-maintained areas, Bellbrook’s main drag provides residents with a small-town feel and Beavercreek’s ever-expanding shopping districts provide residents with the conveniences of a larger city.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mill Pond Apartments
Denise is so wonderful and nice and sweet. I couldn't ask for a better property Manager. I have been living out here for 2 years. It's a very nice community. Whenever I have any concerns Denise was always respectful and always call back back in a timely manner . Thank you so much Denise you are the best!!!!
This apartment may be slightly outdated but I love the quiet and the patio where I grow my flowers. It is within walking distance to the drugstore, restaurants, my hair stylist, and most important, a wine shop. Even my dentist is within walking distance. I also have access to a pool but my grandson loves to visit so we can play tennis on the courts. The management keeps the grounds beautiful in the summer and the snow and ice cleared in the winter so I feel safe and my visitors feel welcome.
I lived here for 3 years and have no complaints. The grounds stay clean, the pool is wonderful, and the staff always addresses me by name.
I lived here for two years and loved it. The apartments are conveniently located minutes away from 675, and across the street from a lot of stores, including a grocery, a pharmacy and different dining options. The management makes you feel that you are part of a big family, it is very friendly and most important, very responsive. The maintenance team is always ready to help, that was a plus for me because I know nothing about house maintenance. The neighborhood is really quiet and safe, and is a great school district as well. I lived in a one bedroom, 2nd floor apartment. It was full of natural light, I didn't need to turn the lights on until it was dark outside. The dimension of the rooms were generous, and the fireplace made the living room warm and cozy during the winter months. The balcony was excellent in the spring to spend some time outside. The kitchen is very functional, if you enjoy cooking you will be comfortable there. The laundry room separated from the kitchen made it look much bigger, that was a plus. In the summer months, I used the swimming pool a lot, it was like being on vacations after being back from work! If I ever rent again in the area, I would definitely go back to Mill Pond. It's a great place to live!
