Property Ratings at Mill Creek Village
As a former employee for a property management company I received free rent for nearly 20 years. I worked at 5 properties in the maintenance department so I have an inside knowledge of the inner workings of apartment complexes. I have dealt with angry people and some that weren't so angry. I've been the 'bad guy' a lot. All because of our corporate office procedures and policies. When the time came to rent an apartment I was worried because I knew how a lot of residents see and feel about the people who work for a complex. Then I found Mill Creek Village Apartments. It's beautiful here! No trash littering the grounds. Clean hallways and laundry rooms. Awesome neighbors and the most amazing courtyard with a pool, grills and a pond with three fountains and a waterfall. It is home to a few schools of large koi and about 30 ducks and songbirds. There is a gazebo centrally located so you have a choice of views. Maintenance and leasing have always been very nice and attentive but most of all helpful. Attention to the grounds and curb appeal is amazing. I absolutely love it here and would recommend living here to anyone. On a scale o f 1 to 10 I would rate a 10 .
