I have lived at Mill Creek Run for 4 years. Throughout my time here, I have thoroughly enjoyed the amenities such as the pool, gym and walking track around the small pond at the back of the property. Not only is the property incredibly well kept, but also the staff is incredibly kind, knowledgable and welcoming. Kacy and TIffany in the office are the absolute best! In addition, my rent is incredibly affordable, which is rare in today's world. I would highly recommend living here if you are looking for somewhere new to call home!

I’ve never lived in an apartment before until know and I love this one. It’s reasonably affordable, in a great location and has lots of amenities. It’s mostly updated throughout and lost of space! It’s a nice quiet community that’s great for those starting out, living alone or with a family! The staff is always quick to answer any questions or address any issues you may have with the property. I highly recommend this place! Come and be our neighbor!

I have lived here over a year now, and I have nothing negative to say. Any concerns or issues I have had were addressed quickly and satisfactory. The entire staff from the Manager down is very friendly and ready to help in anyway! I have never been scared or felt unsafe, as a single woman with children. Overall my building is quiet and I do not have loud noises on the property. There are plenty of children for your child to play with in an open area in the heart of the complex. I do not know why people would leave such nasty reviews, definitely NOT my experience here! I also do not have bugs in my apartment, or anything rotten or broken. The entire experience here is wonderful, so my advice is be careful of believing everything someone says. The review may not reflect the community properly due to something on their end, therefore leaving a nasty review out of spite! LOVE this community

This place has been nothing but amazing. They go above and beyond for their residents. The staff is friendly, kind, and very helpful. Maintenance is incredible, and they fixed my issue the same day. I have never had an issue at this place for the time I have lived there. Met the new manager for the first time last Saturday. I was so impressed and then later found out he is just a replica of the previous manager; just more crafty. They will deliver fake promises and gouge your hard earned money. Be careful. They are all pre-school aged and need to put someone in there that will get things back the way it was years ago! My home needed many repairs and they never fixed anything.

Where do I even begin. Have lived here 7 months and it has been nothing but a utter disappointment! Managment has been useless. We have had to contact corporate 2x and although the first time they tried to fix issues it dwindled down them not taking the initiative to take care of our issues. Cracks/holes in the walls some big enough you can stick your fingers in, our bathtub sinks and creaks under us. The neighbors can hear any and everything we do and we can hear them as well. Parking is terrible, good luck finding a spot close to your apartment, we have had to park 3-5 buildings away on any given night. They have a issue with bugs and their every 3 month pest control that you pay for is simply 1 spray behind the fridge and one spray in the bathroom which does nothing. Our fridge constantly runs as the seals and doors do not line up not to mention we were missing items in the fridge. The stove is level yet all of our pots and pans slide off the burners. Our carpet was replaced while living here and we were able to see the many cracks in the sub flooring. GATED COMMUNITY??? That's a joke, either one side or both dont work for weeks and months on end. The list could go on and on. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST TO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A PLACE TO LIVE. Too expensive here for what they have to offer (or should I say what they DONT offer) and more people are moving out compared to the amount moving in.

My apt. Complex that I truly enjoy is that it is very spacious and the architect design is beautiful giving youprivacy and well kept lawn. It is gated and neighbors are nice. If you like a country setting with a private lake and pet friendly you will enjoy living here as I do!! :) I rate a big5
