The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mill Creek
The apartment was infested with roaches for 7/12 months of our lease. The property management team did not do much to help us when the pest control company they hired did not show up to several of our "appointments." They did not take responsibility of this issue and blamed orkins for it.
I experienced 3 car break-ins after moving here half a year.
It's a lovely space, with many amenities, and responsive service to when things inevitably break down in the apartment. Unless you read the fine print you may not be aware to a surplus of miscellaneous charges (can't opt out of enrollment) e.g., parking, visitor parking, deluxe trash, sewer, pest control, water, and water heating which are not included in the rent and rather conservice. The main issue is when moving out as there technicians will up charge everything on the move out inspection to generate as much profit for the property management. I got charged $2,350.69 for a tub reglaze, paint, and carpet replacement (security deposit already deducted). The apartment was NOT wasted and the audacity to demand that much for so little damage is still mind boggling to me. I believe the security deposit is $700 to get people into the door since Mills Creek plans to take a lot more than $700 on the way out the door. A nice place to temporarily call home that has been soured by getting nickel and dime at every opportunity.
Broken into apartments. Cars stolen. Car parts stolen. Packages stolen. Not good.
Do you like the pungent smell of weed smoke in your apartment? Do you like seeing a homeless person in the dumpster almost every time you throw out your trash? Do you like being woken up every Wednesday to the sound of leaf blowers? Also the occasional and unannounced Tuesday morning too! Do you like having to pay $347 to get your car back because Mill Creek doesn’t believe your monthly on-time rent payments are worth a courtesy call to move your car? Do you like your packages typically being delivered to someone else’s apartment? Do you like the nonstop sound of dogs barking? Do you like actual dog poop on the side walks? Do you like people speaking on speaker phone for hours right outside your door late at night? Do you like walking through spider webs every morning? If so, Mill Creek is great for you!
Millcreek Apartment are best iam staying here and everything works well the apartments are spacious lots of storage cupboards in apartment with a big pantry in this big city u wont get such spacious apartments like mill creek I highly recommend this place to live
rules...no bar b queuing, no laundry during evening, no company over, too many rat traps everywhere too many bugs roaches. they paint the units wich seems like 8 layers of paint. parking is expensive. too expensive for cheap units.
Infested with a lot plagues, cockroaches, fleas, bed bugs and more. Bad administration.
Broken in to apartments. Cars stolen. Car parts stolen. Packages stolen. Not good.
If you schedule an appointment to come see this place try calling three times before waiting your time coming here, they will say they have something then other people will say they don’t. Besides that this location is poor nothing around, the place smells and the office chairs have rips on them looks like a cheap owner that will do the bare minimum to cover up the cheapness of this place. So many gorgeous apartments avoid this one.
Rampant roaches and rodent problem as of Jan 2019. The management has really declined over the last two years... Very rude and unwilling to make even the most basic of living conditions available. Electrical wiring in our house has been out for more than 3 months in the kitchen and living room area. Parking is unavailable and management is refusing to provide accessible handicapped parking despite complaints. The proximity to the dump is an OK feature, I expected this much and the smell is manageable. However, the infestations, roaches, and mice are not easy to stomach... It is WAY, too, expensive given the conditions. Management is absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place.
It was a good apartment before, but the new manager really sucks. She is not nice at all and made a lot of new rules. She would tow cars without notice. She would took away your bicycles. Dumping stations are always full, then she would ask you to not dump. Now, I wish I can move out ASAP.
Do not rent from here! Run! The staff is like dealing with section 8 housing staff. I have had mice and roaches. Parking is horrendous! If you return home after 6, you are likely to have no parking. And they tow cars for asphalt treatment or construction with little or no notice. Very expensive for what you get.
I rented Mill Creek here 11 years. These apartment it really bad location and especially they try to made money from as much as they can. I really hate Mill Creek so much. They find a way to charge you every penny . I can' t wait to move next year . I currently rent L 206
Apartment location/building is good by leasing office is somehow lost in maintaining vigilance & have standard answer that they are not liable, many petty theft every month in various apartments. Third time in a row package is delivered & its' lost. Dump area nearby & smelly at times. Just an average apartment !
The management is not too bad. Service tickets get resolved very quick. The renew is insanely expensive. Other than the nats on during the summer the place is pretty good
