Mill Creek

Lived there for a little more than 4 years, and the staff do care about the residents. Regardless of who I have dealt with, whether it be maintenance or office personnel, they were always respectful and tried whatever they can to resolve issues. I would have stayed, but life happens!

Too many bugs and roaches in the apartment. The plumbing is terrible and constantly being shut off and worked on. This has been an issue for 2 plus years at this apartment. Water leaks from the ceiling and getting things fixed takes forever.

The team at Mill Creek apartments is always so professional and invested. I have been here for a little over a year. There have been hiccups just like anywhere else but you can tell this team has heart in what they do.

This community has a beautiful exterior and well maintained interior. I have had such great rapport with the entire staff throughout my residence!

I appreciate the hard work all the staff does to maintain the property and to keep me and my family happy!

There are so many good things I could say about this apartment. First off the amenities they offer are amazing and for the price that I pay for the apartment with the housing market nowadays it’s just absolutely incredible. The pool area is wonderful and I love that they have a little dog park for our dogs to run around and enjoy. The closets are very spacious, which is hard to come by nowadays, and I love that they have so much room in the apartments. The living room is beautiful and the layouts are so functional. I have to say the biggest perk to this apartment is the ladies in the office they’re always so helpful and so kind and we always joke around when we see each other and it’s just nice to have people so personable when normally management is super strict and only talk business. Brieann is so kind and she always has a smile on her face whenever I walk in and she greets me and she’s just so wonderful to talk to you and she’s really personable. If I could give this apartment complex a six star review I would, but I can’t so I’ll leave a five star.

Jennifer and the gang are always so helpful to my family and I. They truly go above and beyond what is expected from an apartment complex.

Do NOT move here. I moved in 5 months ago and have had nothing but trouble. Tons of water damage. Three times in my bathroom water was pouring out and the ceiling falling down. Twice in my dining room I had to put a bucket. Huge water stains and cracks. When they finally fixed it the RIGHT way, they repainted my ceilings and proceeded to get paint (which I have photos of) all over my brand new sectional couch, dining room chairs, and photo frames; white paint splattered everywhere, including the walls. My AC went out, they supposedly fixed it then when I came home from being out of town my apartment was flooded all in the dining and hallway, the carpet was completely soaked and inches of water puddles. They did not replace this, only steam cleaned and put a giant fan under my carpet for a week so my apartment smelt like a natural water river. Not to mention the first time they repaired my bathroom which had water pouring out and sheetrock falling down, I came home to not even knowing maintenance was in my apartment so I could not get ready for work because of the tools and ladders AND he was not even in my apartment but my front door was unlocked! Management did not seem to care or even apologize once, or compensate me for all these incidents. I’m guessing it’s normal in this place. Not to mention how many times they shut off the water. Don’t let their new outside appearance fool you.

I have been here for five years and if it weren't for buying a house being difficult on top of expensive rent for the service I would be gone with my dogs. There is never notifications of water shut offs until it is done or even after a few hours if at all. The ac units are extremely old and in the five years I call multiple times, at least once a month, over usually the same two issues. One is a simple part replacement they don't want to do. A lot of these issues could easily be avoided as well of they acted upon them when discovered instead of waiting until there is basically no band aid recoveries left to do. Once when they even "fixed " my ac after over a week in August, the hottest month of year, they broke it further because they didn't secure the part by trying to do a rushed job. They are rarely in their office when you need to pay your rent it seems and it isn't rare to not meet them for a few hours. Also there is a huge stray cat issue and the dumpsters are overflowing. When they repaired our toilet they didn't secure it and when they repaired our bathtub it honestly looks like feel. The floors are uneven as well and the stove is difficult to use do to the liquids all going to one side and my washing machine bangs on itself due to the floors. They no longer have security if they advertise it and I had a radio stolen and my bycicle off my balcony. They have come into the apartment without notice before and I had a situation where I couldn't get through because one of the office workers was apparently on a personal call. Constantly they change ownership to a point you have no idea what is going and there is no notification on contractual changes. There is a huge wasp issue here and I have recently started to find them on occasion in my apartment to which I am allergic. The paint is so piled on that it will chip if you breathe to hard on it. This place is cramp. Don't live here. There are great apartments in Abilene for around the same price

if you are looking for a place to call home....I would definitely come check out mill creek! All the staff goes above and beyond their expectations to help you in any of your concerns or questions. I have had nothing but good experiences while living here. If you have a pet, this is the right place for you! They are very pet friendly. There is also a feeling of safe neighborhood here. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone! -The Ellington's

We have lived here since September 2016 , mill creek apartments Are nice and a quite complex , others that live here are friendly . The maintenance crew are great about getting things fixed ,and the office lady's are friendly and great !!

I've lived in several apartments here and I love the management staff. The maintenance people are very good and will work on something until it's fixed. Pretty quiet and friendly. I would recommend it highly.

We have lived here for about nine months now and we have not ran into any problems. I love that they automatically have pest control come in, especially during the weather changes, it helps out a lot. The staff has always been wonderful and helpful when we have questions. I like that there are laundry hook-ups, but that there are also laundry rooms nearby as well. I would have to highly recommend Mill Creek if you are looking for an apartment with great pricing, a great location and great staff!

I've lived here for a couple years and I don't have any major complaints. It's close to Dyess which is good if you work there. You do hear the planes on a semi-regular basis but I don't even notice anymore. It's close to grocery stores, shopping, and a quick 15 minute drive to the Abilene Regional Airport. The apartment (I'm in a 1br/1ba w/w&d hookups) is spacious and well priced. Any maintenance issues I've run into have been addressed pretty quickly, even with after hours issues that have arisen. The patio isn't super huge and the fireplace is sort of a waste of space. The complex is right off a highway but there are plenty of parks you can drive to if you want to go run. It's a safe place, not a lot of riff-raff, and I've been happy to call Mill Creek home.

I lived here for a few months, nice place, medium sized rooms. Pet friendly. Management is good. Pool is very nice. It has a convenient location. It's next to a few food places and good people live there mostly military family live there.
