Great community pool with a common area. On site laundry facility- the units are nice! Management takes care of any issues

Great value! New floors, appliances. Updated exterior and interiors. Convenient location.
“Newly renovated” does not describe this place at all. The appliances and floors are new, that’s it. The floors were glued on by non-professionals because there’s cracks and splits everywhere. The paint was slapped on and left to chip all over the floor. Upon move-in, I had to submit 12 work orders! The tenant before me did not clean and the facility did not charge them for cleaning services. I had to scrub the place inside and out myself. It was very disappointing. I better get first month’s rent back!
