La administración hace un tiempo para acá ha sido demasiado negligente en muchos aspectos, soy inquilina por más de 2 años y acabo de renovar mi tercer contrato pero fue un caos todo el proceso, El personal administrativo no sabe lo que hace y para todo tienen excusas absurdas y es casi nada lo que te solucionan. Tengo un storage rentado desde que llegué ahí y ahora resulta que subieron el valor a más del doble sin notificar y no dan solución. Todos los espacios afuera de los apartamentos demasiado sucios les hace falta pintura, los ascensores huelen feo pero bueno a la hora de ellos hacer cumplir los derechos están activos pero para tu exigir los tuyos no es posible. La manager es una maleducada que ni saluda. Deberían replantear muchas cosas y capacitarlos mejor al igual que al servicio de mantenimiento. No invierten en nada, en las fechas especiales como navidad y otras no ponen ningún tipo de decoración y hay muchos niños en esta comunidad a los que harían más feliz adornando. Por eso es que cada día se va más gente de este lugar por que hacen aburrir a las personas. Esto es un llamado a mejorar. Yo por lo pronto ya tengo que cumplir mi contrato pero será el último..

Terrible trash problem. No pest control bugs everywhere. Gators and rattlesnakes and bears on the property. New company came in and doubled the rent overnight. Greedy managers and owner not in anyway luxury. This place is disgusting!!
NASTY PLACE AND NASTY STAFF! The place was once good the current administration is the WORSE! The place is full of trash everywhere. The poor dogs have to endure snake bites because of the lack of fumigation. Roaches everywhere. The staff is beyond rude and is always justifying all their wrongs, they are not helpful and neglect treatment. Marihuana smell. Maintenance is mediocre and they NEVER clean the hallways and elevators. Please if you value your peace and quite do NOT rent here! IT IS A DUMP.
Trash everywhere. Dog fevers. Roaches. Extremely nasty, rude stuff!!! Parking is horrendous Bc not enough spaces.
Lived there for 2 1/2 years. New management came in and the place went downhill real fast. Horrible trash problem, its always overflowing and infested with bugs which is absolutely disgusting. Don't even get me started on the smell. There are dogs barking constantly all night long. Horrible mosquito and snake problem. One of the women from the new management is so rude and has a huge attitude problem. We never had any complaints against us and always paid our rent on time but when new management came along they decided to up our rent drastically and nickel and dime us for everything. They say part of it goes towards pest control but i don't think thats true considering the horrible mosquito and cockroach problem every resident seems to have. DO NOT MOVE IN THERE.
I really like it here but don't like what Milano Lakes is becoming.

Milano Lakes is one of the better locations for apts., only wish they would turn them into condos one day, rent with an option to buy.

Milano Lakes makes apartment living simple and easy as possible. Online options for almost any request you have. They try to make sure they community stays clean and under control. Having activities for the community has obviously been at a halt due to COVID but management has tried their best with virtual classes to food trucks every Thursday. The only thing I wish they had is a car wash/pet wash area and a sink with a detachable hose. Be aware that in consideration to living here is wildlife!

Milano Lakes Apt home is beautiful and we lover it!!!!!.Layout are Magnificent. coming home to this beautiful place after a hard day at work,This is the place anyone should be.I myself really don't like friends living where I am living but at Milano LAKES APT Home, I sure would recommend that special persons to the community. How would you like to wake up every day with bugs in your face bugs flying all over the apartment coming in through the woodwork coming out of the drains youve got white flies black flies drain flies and nothing can stop in at all sewer issues sulfur stink continuously for months and months and months I have nothing else to say about this place

My husband and I love living at Milano Lakes. The complex is very quiet and staff are friendly and approachable. Nice wide open views and very close to bike trails along the canal.. Complex grounds are very well maintained and tropical. Love the Thursday food trucks. We've been residence for over a year and plan on staying for a while.

Milano Lakes Apartments was a great home for me this past year. Their staff was so helpful, and professional, and they created a lovely sense of community. The grounds at Milano Lakes were always well kept, and the complex was clean and safe! The apartments are well-built, very sturdy, and if there was ever a problem, the Maintenance Team was always available to quickly solve it. Moving to Milano Lakes was the best decision I’ve ever made. You can’t beat a brand new apartment complex. Julie, one of the property managers makes you feel at home right away. She was so great by answering all my questions. She goes over and beyond. The community is quiet, set back and far enough away from the major road. The pool and hot tub is so nice. Maintenance keeps the community very clean. You need to move here!

Relocated from SC to Naples, rented the unit site unseen, and was not disappointed in the least. Julie was great to work with and answered all our questions and was very helpful. The units are brand new and are appointed extremely well. The grounds are landscaped perfectly and the gym, pool and clubhouse are great. Would highly recommend this apartment complex.

We have been residents here at Milano Lakes since early May, 2018. We couldn't be more pleased that we selected this property to reside in. The apartments are brand new with well appointed modern finishes and open floor plans. The amenities are plentiful including a spacious fitness room, beautiful club house, inviting pool area with spas and cabana seating, basketball court and children's playground. The maintenance staff is friendly, responsive, and extremely proficient at keeping this property clean and running smoothly. The office staff, Julie and Krys are both professional and competent in their treatment of residents and handling any issues that arise. Milano Lakes is located close to grocery stores, banks, Physicians Regional Hospital, pet stores, physicians and restaurants. However, if you need to travel to North Naples or Miami, the complex is located within three miles to I-75 for quick access to travel to these areas or a fifteen minute drive to Marco Island.

Milano Lakes is one of nicest community’s that I have lived in. The apartments offers a high level of living features. Kitchens are equipped with high end appliances. We love the double oven. The bedrooms are large and provide plenty of space for furniture. Closet space is great, more room then what’s needed and everything is new. Milano Lakes offers luxury amenities, gym is great, pool area is awesome. Pet friendly with a pet area. Basket ball and more. I have lived in apartments for the past 4 years in different parts of the country, all were luxury apartments. Milano Lakes has been the best for the price and the product.

I recently accepted a position Marco Island and was looking for a new place to relocate from New York with my 2 dogs. I looked online at several developments and fell in love with Milano Lakes Apartments. I was nervous renting an apartment site unseen but when I called and spoke to Julie, she was readily available and she answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The development is beautiful, tranquil and a piece of paradise that is my retreat when I get home from a long day at work. The amenities are wonderful and the EVERYTHING is brand new. What you see online is exactly what you get! Thank you Julie for answering all of my questions and being available to help make the transition to Florida seamless. There were many options online but I am very glad that I went with Milano Lakes Apartments! I LOVE IT HERE!!
