Excited to join the milana family again! We lived here several years ago and all the paint is updated. The community looks like it has a new modern look with the same family feel.

I absolutely ADORE living here. I love my space and its additions. It’s quite cozy for me and my pup! My family loves to visit here, too! You may wonder why I gave the community only 4/5 stars. As the lay of the land shows, there are various buckets around the community for having a pet’s waste being placed in them. However, many of the community neighbors DO NOT PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS. It is quite frustrating and terribly disgusting of a scene to experience DAILY, day and night, around any grassed area. Pet waste bags are provided to the community for use for free and, yet, they are not being used. The community (your neighbor) doesn’t care that you have a puppy and their dog may have heartworm, leaving their pet’s waste exposed to your new(born) pup. For anyone who reads this review, please note that there are a few bad apples everywhere but the majority of this community is quite grand, especially the staff of Sean and McKenna.

Very pleasant, I have no complaints, the community is right next to dale mabry putting everything one needs within a 10 minute drive maximum

The renewal process is painless and easy to maneuver, which is a nice benefit. Easy to get repairs looked at and they reminded us about smart rent and was able to fix it very quickly with the company. Really enjoy being here.

Normally, when I do these, my resident experience is usually five but probably the past year maybe nine months things have kind of started to change the apartments severely need to be updated inside. I see that the fees when I get my statement, things are continually going up. and I know they say the rent has gone up. It’s everywhere, but when I look at other places online everywhere doesn’t look like this inside for the amount of money that I pay for the square footage of this apartment it should at least look like it inside I don’t even have a washer and dryer so I hope this message reaches the property owners. I know Management here he can. Shawn can only do so much and he does as much as he can, but the owners really need to start investing on updating the inside of these apartments.

I’ve been in the same apartment complex for more than five years. The area is so nice restaurant hospital grocery store or not even a mile away. Everything is so convenient.

Overpriced for what it is. Lack of balcony/patio screening. Hurricane preparation guidance was generic and not community specific. No outdoor restrooms for community pool use when office is closed.

I love this apartment community. The staff are so friendly and the apartment complex is so quiet and peaceful. It is also reasonably priced for the location and the roominess of the apartment.

My experience has been extremely positive, the leasing office personnel helped every step of the way until my move-in day. they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and made easy all this process which is almost always really stressful. I’m happy with my new apartment and to be able to enjoy the community amenities.

The neighborhood feels safe and the staff have been pleasant and professional. My maintenance requests have been responded to in a timely manner. My experience at Milana Reserve Apartment Homes has been mostly positive.

The Management in this community the manager Now Shawn is so amazing. The maintenance team is amazing everyone here they are so attentive. They communicate very well. You’re never waiting. They always make sure that your needs are met And that’s what keeps MILANA RESERVE a great Community so that is what keeps me here is the Management staff I must admit honestly, the apartments could use an update to the appliances carpet but I put that aside and I solely stay here because of great management if you don’t have great Management, you don’t have a greatCommunity

We've been here for 3 years going into our forth and so far it's been an excellent experience. Management is always very kind and listens to residents as well as resolves issues. Maintenance is top notch!! We are very happy here and thaty is why we renewed our contract.

Spacious apartment with modern amenities, great location near shops and transit. Quiet neighborhood, but walls and roof could be better soundproofed.

Staff is incredible and helpful, always are in a good mood. Maintenance is on top of their game, as long as you're specific about what needs to be fixed, they fix it rather swiftly and efficiently. Neighbors are caring and personable.

Great place quite and safe. Lots of construction and remodeling, quick with service repairs almost less than 24 hrs and sometimes the same day

Now to pay the rent it's so complicated and I will never understand why we need to pay a fee on top of paying the bill rent. I wish we could pay the rent without any extra fees or other third-party services. Other than that, and the noise of the train passing by everyday, it's been good living in this apartment at Milana Reserve Homes Apartment!

Sometimes they don’t clean the dog stations and there is trash around and that is one of the main issues. Also, sometimes you can see homeless walking around at night.

The community is mostly nice. We absolutely adore maintenance. They are the best part about living here, they are so quick and so thorough. The apartments themselves are nice although quite humid. There is an almost constant smell of weed in the parking lot, though, and some of the neighbors leave trash around the parking lot and on the grass areas. The walls are also pretty thin. Overall, it's a nice place to live and affordable.

I like maintaince. Always on time and such. Moving out soon. Less roaches I notice. So I feel like pest control finally been working so far.

I lived here for about two years and love the pond. We feed the ducks our bread weekly, and it is very fun to watch the sunsets. The gym is nice and the staff is always very helpful.

I have lived here for about 2 years and had a great experience. The staff is friendly and maintenance responds promptly. I like the pond because there are so many turtles.

For weeks we have had no poop bags in most of the stations and people are not fined for not picking up their dogs poop. The laundry room is always not working great and dirty. The rent is WAY to high for what we pay for.

Ive been to a few different apartment complexes down here in Tampa, but Milana has been the best in terms of quality, price, and overall living. Good staff who actually care and will talk with you.

Power outages frequently and maintenance is more of rigging/band aids instead of fixing have to pay for smart home even if you don’t want it

I love the community, very pet friendly, maintenance are quickly, my AC broke and they replace the whole unit in no time. I love Milana apartments

Quiet and peaceful area and nice neighbors pet friendly community gym pool are great features to have for tenants and also Sean is always very polite all staff are.

It's just some neighbors arguing and late at night. We try to ignore them, but other than that the rest is fine. They are maintaining the lawn short. And everyone in the office staff, are really good and professional!

I love the community and the team in the office is great!! I recently lost my job and had a transition period before starting the new one, and they helped me out so much during this difficult time. I am so grateful!!

It’s a very quiet place to live despite being so close to the road. I do wish parking was better but it’s a very safe well lit complex and I feel safe.

Simply put, I have been here since I moved to the city in 2015, and the journey continues. Very central to everything, no noise or criminal disturbances, lovely amenities and nature decor the way I like it.
