Property Ratings at Midwood Gardens
This apartment changes management a lot. Maintenance is very poor. The apartment is old and dirty. The apartment is also unsafe. I was wrongly taken to the collection agency and only just got to know almost a year after I left. Been trying to reach out to them to no avail. I’ve been to their offices multiple times and it was always closed. I’ve emailed them, called them yet no response.

Maintenance on apartments is terrible. Gate Never works always left open. Management is very hard to contact phone.Will just ring in voicemail, always full. Roaches refurbished appliances that don't work.
