Midwest City Depot Apartments

I lived at Midwest City Depot for five years. Kathy who works in the office is always friendly and helpful she arranges community events within the complex and keeps everyone well informed of the goings on via newsletter. Steven in maintenance is efficient and friendly. I never had a maintenance issue that went unresolved or unnecessarily delayed. Most neighbors were friendly and enjoy the community atmosphere. Overall a great place to live, I enjoyed my time there.

I have lived here for about 12-12yrs now. I absolutely love it and adore all the folks who live at the complex. I have seen many property managers and maintenance folks who have came through. Kathy and Stephen are currently the best right now! Kathy is about making sure the complex stays safe, no issues and kept to being a quiet place to live. Kathy is quick to respond with any issues I may have or see. Kathy has no issues with you coming in and saying "Hi" and loves on your fur kids just like the are her own. Stephen, he is such a amazing one as well. He is always outside working to do what he needs to do. And if he doesnt know he ensure its taken care of asap. I have never seen him bat an eye on any issues that arise, and doesn't make you feel stupid if its an easy fix or simple flip of a breaker. Kathy and Stephen are amazing, and honestly the only reason I renewed my lease again.

As a military member, I found the rental price for these apartments to be solid. The maintenance and management personnel respond and fix issues within the week the issues are reported. I had a downstairs apartment that had 2 issues when I first moved in that maintenance fixed rapidly. 1. Bugs made it under the baseboards when I first moved in, so maintenance sealed the baseboards that week. There was not one single bug that entered the apartment for the following 2 years of my stay. 2. My ground-floor apartment used to flood whenever it rained, so management contracted out a company to lay concrete around the foundation to prevent flooding the week after I reported the issue. The apartment has not flooded since then. Besides those, maintenance would come and unclog the sink or fix the dishwasher the same day I reported the issue - which was impressive. The property manager, Kathy, and the maintenance lead, Stephen, do a swell job at keeping things running smoothly. I had no issues with my stay here that went unresolved. Everything was completed within the week of being reported.

I currently stay at Midwest City Depot Apartments and I have had an outstanding experience. The community is friendly and welcoming, making it a wonderful place to call home. Cathy and Steven are incredibly nice and quick to respond to any inquiries or issues, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. Overall, Midwest City Depot Apartments offer a perfect blend of a friendly community and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Several apartments flood almost monthly, the maintenance provides patch jobs. If you have pets the yard here is not treated and will cause issues. Getting anything done is like pulling teeth. You have to call Fairfax management and speak with Margo to get anything properly done.

Being a college kid, my first place was more focused on price rather than safety. This is a lesson I learned quickly. Eventually, I moved into these apartments and I quickly fell in love with how convenient my life has become. I live super close to my college and some local restaurants. I can enjoy walking my dog at night because it is a lot safer. I love this place and I can see myself living here after I graduate school.

If you're looking for a gated community, thats close to shopping and eating spots then Midwest City Depot Apartments are what you've been looking for. This community is gated , has beautiful grounds , excellent staff to meet your needs. Community is pet friendly. The apartments come with washer and dryer. There's assigned covered parking available, a gym, and pool. This community is a very quiet and peaceful place, in a great school district for children. Come and make Midwest City Depot Apartments your new home!

Moderately priced. Clean and quiet area. Less than 5 minutes from Tinker Air Force Base. Washer and dryers available, for a monthly fee. Carport available for a monthly fee. Nice sidewalks and kept up grounds, great for walking. The property owners frequently update the exterior of the buildings. The entrance is gated, but it is just cosmetic. There is not a gate around the whole property. On the down side, maintenance is slow, especially with the aging appliances
