Midtown Square

The apartment is nice, we love our layout, we don't really hear neighbors, location is great and convenient to highways, management is responsive and does things for the residents on a regular basis.

The leasing agent was super helpful and went above and beyond to answer questions.

I’m not fully moved in yet, but every concern has been immediately resolved, I’m very pleased.

Community feel, safety, bright and clean apartments and main areas, residents knew leasing manager and he know them by name

I definitely would recommend Midtown Square. Like I said, the only thing I would mention to any potential renter is the cheap appliances and the lack of noise absorption.

I love the location and the convenience of being able to walk to stores , restaurants , the train and my church

I would recommend this apartment community because of the people. I enjoy the parties that are held because it allows me to get to know my neighbors and staff. The building is always kept clean and I feel proud show others my home. Only cons of the building is the gym issue I mentioned earlier and the lack of parking.

Would recommend for location and quality service. The rent was a bit high, maybe by about 20%

I would recommend this community The office "team" is outstanding, professional and always willing to help.

The office staff are, in fact, very helpful and charming (even Pat - the guy). They can make or break a rental experience. The property is constantly maintained, the gym is great to have at one's fingertips and the location is great.

Would like to see more community engagement - know it's tough but organizing things such as potlucks or cookie exchange, even a Saturday football watching party. Or encourage residents to organize their own.

Clean building, good indoor parking, nice appliances and flooring, Patrick is awesome, I just felt like the price was a little high, and I ended up purchasing a condo.

I am blown away by how quiet it is in my apartment. The only thing I ever hear is from outside which is minimal or I believe when our next door neighbor is using the shower we can hear but only when we are in the bathroom or closet.

It's expensive but the location and overall services offered are fairly competitive. Of all the spaces at midtown, the gym is probably least desirable. An athlete or wanna be athlete like me finds it tough to make use of the equipment there. Lots of big machines that are tough to use. Limited space and only one adjustable flat bench. I'd be happy recommend a couple options to upscale the gym space.

I would recommend if there was another rent promotion going on but full price for this apartment is very expensive. I would recommend because amenities are great, the building is so clean and neighbors are quiet. The apartment was in good shape when we moved in and feels very comfortable. Great location as well!

it is a very nice place ; its clean and quiet and the people i've worked with are great ( Patrick and Lindsay). But....overall, the appliances could be more high end - and all of mine are damaged by someone who used a scratching sponge on stainless. but other luxury apartments have thermador or bosch instead of GE

Dan and Patrick were both very helpful and knowledgeable, and friendly when dealing with them through e-mails/phone calls as well as the viewing.

Everyone at Midtown has been very professional and everything is very clean. We?ve only been here a week,, but everything has been great so far.

I would recommend this apartment community. Tenants are friendly which is comforting. The lobby and outside grounds are always kept up nicely. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

High quality apartment but relatively expensive rent vs. other options. High IL taxes. Older community. Neighbors can hear some sound from the walls and floors. Friendly and helpful staff although older residents from the area have extremely high expectations.

Wonderful location! I can walk almost everywhere. The apartment building is also kept in great condition and very clean and secure

Failure to stop the drip has nothing to do wi With whether I would recommend living here.

I would recommend it overall, since it's a nice, new property in a good location. However, the service and especially the maintenance were not up to par.

It is a very comfortable place to be. Convenient to mass transit and shopping. The office staff are very accommodating and helpful.

John is great! Always helpful and kind. He is always in the building working hard to keep the building in top order.

The apartments are nice, staff is lovely, and location is great. The coffee machine (very often broken) and the fitness center (no tv channels, broken and limited weight machines) are disappointing for the amount of rent being paid each month.

The building is very clean, the reception area is "inviting" for friends & family to have coffee and have short visits, and our fellow residents are cordial.

Property location is a positive. Continual management changes are negative.

Prices are a little high but the apartment is large and comfortable

It is a beautiful, convenient, safe place to live. I am a sr. citizen and once I am in my apt. with the door locked and bolted I have no fears at all.
