Middletown Trace Apartments

PLEASE READ If you are looking to move please do not move into Middletown Trace. Last week there was a gas leak and it took maintenance HOURS to respond. Very dangerous. Then, over the weekend there was a leak in a pipe in the wall that has came out into our carpets. Our carpets have been pulled up and our kitchen will be getting torn apart. Not only have we been told we should stay here in the home with a 3 year old, 9 month old and a baby on the way, but the property manager down played our feelings, repeatedly called me hun, screamed on the phone and said it is my job as a mother/tenant to keep my children away from the dangers of the construction. We have had to relocate during this, but are still required to pay the full months rent and receive absolutely no compensation. Please do NOT allow yourself to be in this position. We should all feel like our needs and our families needs are a top priority when spending top dollar in rent.

Lived there for 7 yrs and grounds kept nice and maintenance is on top of it. However, the rent is ridiculous and each year it goes up to the point where your forced to leave because you can't afford it!! The mandatory fee for pool, gym is also crazy!! The office was redone and gym upgraded & tenents have to pay for it. Don't use amenities but have to pay $150 on top of the outrageous increase of rent! Don't get upgraded apartment, not worth it!!

From the very beginning management was clear that they do what they want and are not willing to work with you. When I asked for corporate information, I never received the information. Make sure you do the walk through at the end or they will find a way to charge you for things in the apartment. The entire time we had neighbors yelling at their kids and an unfortunate odor that came from the apartment below us. For the price, you can get a better deal elsewhere.

My granddaughter and I had been looking for our forever home since 2016. But no place had clicked. The neighborhood had to be just right and the schools great. Our best bet was our home town, Langhorne. We tried a few other cities. They were too expensive or just didn’t feel safe. I knew when I signed the application. A knot in my stomach said each wasn’t right for us. My father and sister had lived in Middletown Trace and raved about it. But proof this is the place for us came during application. There had been a change in the deposit required. I couldn’t get the money from my account in time for their deadline. Karen, the property manager, reverted to the old rule and gave me the time I needed to get the rest of the money. We are so grateful she made our dream come true. Given this example of compassion, this is definitely the place for us. Not only did they make that change. They also changed the apartment we planned to move into to allow for a larger bedroom for my granddaughter. Karen and her staff did everything they could to accommodate us. Thank you Karen and Middletown Trace staff.

We've lived here for about two years and we absolutely loved it. Maintenance is great, they're on time and considerate when they're in your home. The office ladies are great and have made time to talk with us in the past. They've addressed all of our concerns within hours as well as sit down and talk to us when needed to discuss a concern. We have to move to New Jersey so we will no longer be living here, but we would recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, rent does goes up, but when you live in a place that has won Best of Bucks for many years and when you get the service they provide it's totally worth it!

I was so excited to move here. I always thought it was so beautiful. it is a nice complex. but it has issues like all others. Plumbing is an issue, termites, light switches turn lights on in a different room. They do immediately attend to the issue. The grounds are well kept and the recreational site are gorgeous. The floors in the apt are very squeaky and not level in some parts.

I lived in Middletown Trace apartments for just over 1 year. It's a beautiful and quiet community. Everything is maintained very well. Management as well as the office staff are very professional. The residents are very friendly. I felt very happy and at home while living at Middletown Trace. The only reason I left is because I needed to move to Texas. Because of all the things I mentioned above I believe that Middletown Trace will continue be a great place to live.

Just when I think it can't get any better living here, your staff goes above and beyond the "call of duty". I put in a non-urgent maintenance request and everything was taken care of within 24 hours. Not sure how you do it, but thank you!

Now the apts are in need of work, I have the original so Windows and when they wouldn't open, they gave me a can of WD40!. Plus, my courtyard looks like a storage area, it's a total mess.

What you want most in apartment you have in Middletown Trace. Well maintained units along with beautiful landscapted courtyards. Each unit is fully updated with washer/dryer in every unit. A pool, tennis courts, and walkways along with pet friendly. Maintenance staff is friendly and efficient. Roundup with close to transportation and shopping along with reasonable priced. Who wouldn't want to live here.

The apartments are spacious, clean, quiet and well maintained. They have washer/dryer in every unit and allow pets, which are very important to most people. They have a pool, playground, and tennis courts. It is convienent to parks, transportation, and shopping. The maintenance staff are very helpful.

I like there .But I want to go back to New York. My personal problems are to great at this time

I moved here with my family in April of 2014. We have a 2 bdrm townhouse which I absolutely love. The grounds are well kept and their pool is amazing. I chose this complex due to its beauty and the Neshaminy School District. They are also pet friendly which is a huge plus for me. I invite you to look into Middletown Trace for your next home. You will not regret it!

After living here for over a year, it became even more apparent how dedicated and happy every staff member is. Whenever there is an issue, even the smallest thing (e.g., a lightbulb in the kitchen needing replacement), they are usually there within the hour. The grounds are beautifully kept, both, by maintenance and fellow residents. It is a pleasure to see so many people who treasure their living space. The townhouse in which we live is spacious and comfortable, even for 4 people. Having the washer/dryer in the upstairs bathroom has made my life so much easier; especially coming from a house where, like most, it was in the basement. The pool is beautiful; clean and well-maintained. The lifeguards are actually paying attention, which is not always the case at most pools. The restrooms at the pool are clean and well-stocked at all times. We just love it here and plan to be here for a very long time.

This complex is clean, well maintained and close to everything! We have been living here for a little less then a year and i have never been happier! The neighbors are friendly and helpful, the office staff respond very quickly to phone calls/emails and we have never had to wait longer then an hour for emergency maintenance. This is also a pet friendly place so it is nice to meet other dog owners. There are tons of kids ranging in age and it is right next to an elementary school so if you have children it is very family oriented. In the summer the pool is clean and the lifeguards are very well trained and attentive. In the winter, the roads and parking spaces get cleared and salted even before some of the major roadways. The only thing that bothers me, and it is really not a big deal, is the dumpster smell in the summer. Because the dumpsters are so close and convenient for residents, they sometimes get stinky over the weekend before pick up on Monday mornings. Otherwise the landscaping is gorgeous, you can plant your own garden and decorate as you please. We live in a two bedroom one bath town home. it has a huge living room connected to the dining are and kitchen. Up stairs the master is as big as the living room and has a walk in closet. The windows are large and let in a lot of natural light. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom UPSTAIRS which is a godsend when you have little ones! I hope to stay here for many years to come as long as the rent prices do not keep increasing.

I have lived here for about 15 years. It's a great complex, well maintained and the office staff and maintenance team are exceptional. They have many amenities and it's very safe as well. I especially like the fact that there is a washer and dryer in the apartments. Over all the value for what you get is great! It's also close to everything, shopping, 95 S/N and Phila.

When I moved in the maintenance staff and rental staff couldn't be more helpful. My sofa couldn't fit in the doorway so they came and took out the front window,awesome.
