I genuinely staked this place out for a few years before moving here. The staff is amazing and I feel at home. I’m a military kid and I have never renewed a lease in my adult life and I’ve renewed my lease here twice.
This community is beautiful and very well maintained. It's very conveniently located.

Middletown Landing has potential, but right now it's struggling. The A/C breaks down often, maintenance is inconsistent, and apartments aren’t always move-in ready. Rule enforcement is lacking there are issues with pet waste, parking, and long-term guests. If management stepped up with better upkeep, accountability, and communication, this place could really improve.

ML is a great property! Very updated and stylish. I love how most tenants love to decorate for the season. I am out walking a lot and see all of the decorations. Its a good homey feeling. I highly recommend it!

I looked at several apartments in the Southern Indiana/Louisville area. Middletown Landing was by far the best choice I could have made. The management is so kind and helpful. Maintenance takes care of everything you need very quickly. The area feels very safe and looks very nice. I was surprised at how cheap my rent was compared to other apartments I looked at that were smaller/less nice than mine at Middletown Landing. Everything in apt was/felt brand new upon move in. Highly recommend!

First time ever renewing a lease anywhere. Ive lived in over 9 different states. I mean I'm not a fan of KY but i love this place so much; eh dont wanna go through the hassle of moving and going to just any regular complex.

Mice infested unit. Dog poop all over the property. Charged me a full months rent worth of repairs once I moved out! The tenants never use dog leashes and my dog was attacked twice. When I told the office staff about this issue, they told me that I needed a recorded for them to address the issue. They do not care about their tenants AT ALL! Please pick somewhere else!

Quiet community but not boring. Amazing place to live if you love walking around your neighborhood, amazing gym, amazing leasing agents, amazing pool. I wish there was a restaurant or a market using the space next to the office though. :/ but like, not a big enough take away to not live here. Happy to be here.

I actually like the place. I like the floor plan. I like the space of the unit. I like the garage. But also, the water pressure is terrible. The tub squeaks like you’re going to fall through the floor. The parking situation is rough and the parking policies aren’t enforced at all. The gourmet kitchen is a 10 year old glass top stove that looks like it’s seen a thing or two and a dishwasher that’s rusty and hampered by the aforementioned water pressure. Everything is “luxury” but yet cheap builder grade carpet, fixtures, limited lights, and thin walls that let you hear your neighbors fight it out at 2am. Oh and they charge you $35 a month for “smart home” which is just a thermostat and a deadbolt you can control with your phone. That’s on top of another $35 for valet trash that is just some guy in a pickup that comes and takes it off your porch at any time between 8pm and 2am. Did I mention the water pressure? Because I really wanna take a 30 minute shower but it’s kinda pointless when the water pressure could barely fill a water balloon.

Absolute delight of staff and location. The apartment was clean and move in ready on the day of move. All around, this place is the best in the east end. Rent cost was acceptable and low and the apartment is roomy and cute.

I’ve been living here for a little over 2 weeks and I’m in awe of the complex and how friendly the staff were to me when I initially applied. I’m new to the Middletown area I came from St Matthew’s. I couldnt have picked a better area to live in Louisville.

So far so good. It’s a nice apartment in a nice/safe area. Very pet friendly. The apartment was very clean upon move in. The outside of the apartments are kept nice, and the sidewalks are always clean.
