Middletown Landing has potential, but right now it's struggling. The A/C breaks down often, maintenance is inconsistent, and apartments aren’t always move-in ready. Rule enforcement is lacking there are issues with pet waste, parking, and long-term guests. If management stepped up with better upkeep, accountability, and communication, this place could really improve.

ML is a great property! Very updated and stylish. I love how most tenants love to decorate for the season. I am out walking a lot and see all of the decorations. Its a good homey feeling. I highly recommend it!

I looked at several apartments in the Southern Indiana/Louisville area. Middletown Landing was by far the best choice I could have made. The management is so kind and helpful. Maintenance takes care of everything you need very quickly. The area feels very safe and looks very nice. I was surprised at how cheap my rent was compared to other apartments I looked at that were smaller/less nice than mine at Middletown Landing. Everything in apt was/felt brand new upon move in. Highly recommend!

First time ever renewing a lease anywhere. Ive lived in over 9 different states. I mean I'm not a fan of KY but i love this place so much; eh dont wanna go through the hassle of moving and going to just any regular complex.

Since the price is so reasonable here, I didn’t expect it to be as amazing as it is. I keep waiting on the other shoe to drop, but 4 months in and it hasn’t. I love everything about this place, from the gym to barn doors. Every resident that I’ve talked to has felt the same as well, and I like that. Mice infested unit. Dog poop all over the property. Charged me a full months rent worth of repairs once I moved out! The tenants never use dog leashes and my dog was attacked twice. When I told the office staff about this issue, they told me that I needed a recorded for them to address the issue. They do not care about their tenants AT ALL! Please pick somewhere else!

Coming from a terrible apartment before , Middletown landing has blown us away with everything they offer. The leasing staff is so nice and helpful, it’s very family friendly here and quiet . My dogs love it here. We love it here

I absolutely love living at Middletown Landing! The sense of community here is incredible, with friendly neighbors and a dedicated maintenance team. The amenities are top-notch, and the surroundings are peaceful and well-maintained. I couldn't imagine a better place to call home.

I actually like the place. I like the floor plan. I like the space of the unit. I like the garage. But also, the water pressure is terrible. The tub squeaks like you’re going to fall through the floor. The parking situation is rough and the parking policies aren’t enforced at all. The gourmet kitchen is a 10 year old glass top stove that looks like it’s seen a thing or two and a dishwasher that’s rusty and hampered by the aforementioned water pressure. Everything is “luxury” but yet cheap builder grade carpet, fixtures, limited lights, and thin walls that let you hear your neighbors fight it out at 2am. Oh and they charge you $35 a month for “smart home” which is just a thermostat and a deadbolt you can control with your phone. That’s on top of another $35 for valet trash that is just some guy in a pickup that comes and takes it off your porch at any time between 8pm and 2am. Did I mention the water pressure? Because I really wanna take a 30 minute shower but it’s kinda pointless when the water pressure could barely fill a water balloon.

Absolute delight of staff and location. The apartment was clean and move in ready on the day of move. All around, this place is the best in the east end. Rent cost was acceptable and low and the apartment is roomy and cute.

So far so good. It’s a nice apartment in a nice/safe area. Very pet friendly. The apartment was very clean upon move in. The outside of the apartments are kept nice, and the sidewalks are always clean.

I moved into the community March of 2020 and moved out May 2023. The management change was awful and I am so glad to finally be out. I loved the townhouse style apartment with the attached garage. Maintenance requests were sometimes answered quickly and other times took a while. Last summer my air conditioning went out repeatedly (4 times over 2 months). They kept swearing it was fixed and it would break a week or two later. I finally emailed the manager and got a response along the lines of “sorry but stuff breaks”. The rent has dramatically increased and now they want to add a smart home fee which is laughable. The new smart locks require an app that has a privacy policy worse than notorious social media apps. FYI per the privacy policy the app has the right to access all photos, videos, and contacts in your phone. I obviously chose not to download since why does a “smart apartment” app need that. Now upon move out they want to charge for a broken microwave door handle (which I had put in a maintenance request for weeks before move out) and deep cleaning the carpets. I lived there for over 3 years with a dog (who I paid a deposit for and monthly expensive pet rent). I assumed after 3 years of living in a space that carpets being deep cleaned would be a given. Despite the move out paperwork having time slot requests on it for move out inspections those were not done with me present. I just called to ask about this and was told we already submitted all that to the parent company take it up with them. Overall, the first year in my apartment I would have given it a 4 star review, but that has slowly slid down until it has now hit rock bottom (I would give 0 stars if I could).

I have loved living here! It is a perfect home for me in my retirement years. I love my neighbors and friendships I have developed since I have been here. I am appreciative of the quality work I have received from the maintenance staff. I want to recognize Theresa who has been here for many years. She has consistently been the "best of the best" when it comes to meeting the needs of this apartment complex. She reflects the quality of service that Middletown Landing should be proud of!
