Called and spoke with Mindy, she answered all of my questions and was very pleasant and professional. She was very thorough and upfront with pricing and availability. Definitely gave me a GREAT first impression of Middlebrooke Apartments!

middlebrook is a nice place to live but it is a bit over priced for the size of apartments. laundry should be cheaper and or free for the price you pay. But Mindy was super helpful and patient. any questions or concerns she was very helpful and answered them professionally. We appreciate her.

Apartment was clean and Mindy was very helpful with the selection and leasing process. Location is great as well. Within walking distance to Main Street. Would highly recommend!

My dad and I absolutely love our new home here at Middlebrooke. It's a cozy townhome with plenty of space in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Mindy at the leasing office is the most helpful, punctual, and courteous agent I have had the pleasure of working with, and she sets an example for how the job should be done. Whenever I have a question or concern, she is on the ball with getting back to me and I am never left waiting. If you're looking for a great place to call home, give Mindy at Middlebrooke a call!

After comparing several apartments in the area, I decided to go with Middlebrooke. There were cheaper options, but the reviews were concerning. There were more luxurious options, but they were out of my budget. The renovated units at Middlebrooke are very nice. The floors, bathroom, everything is an upgrade from the place I was previously renting, and I pay $200 less per month at Middlebrooke. So far everyone I've dealt with in my building has been very friendly and keeps to themselves. The walls seem thick, too. I had no idea my neighbor was playing music until I went into the hallway. The doors are a bit thin, though. I can hear people in the hallway if they are conversing loudly and vice versa. The internet is fast and reliable. It is a short walk to Main Street or a quick drive to 140 for activities/shopping. Despite being a block from the hospital, I do not hear sirens all night. My move in date had to be delayed and Mindy in the leasing office was invaluable. She tried everything she could to keep my original move in date, and tried to expedite the process as much as possible after that plan failed. She calmly and professionally handled my childish antics when I was upset about the delay, along with the time I forgot about one of our appointments. I don't know how she keeps her cool as the one and only employee in the leasing office, I feel bad for her. The maintenance staff also seems friendly, but my interaction with them has been limited so far. My only complaints are laundry and recycling. There is no in-unit laundry (unless you rent a townhouse) and the onsite laundry facility is not free. I believe the laundry machines are run by an outside company, but I still think I pay enough to deserve free laundry. The machines are small, too. There is also nowhere to recycle. Luckily it is only a 15 minute drive to my parents house where I can do my laundry for free and drop off my recycling.

I relocated from abroad, and Middlebrooke Apartments became my inaugural home. This seamless transition was entirely facilitated by the remarkable management team. Mindy, in particular, stood out as an invaluable support and an exceptional office manager. Despite the geographical distance, Mindy's assistance shone through as we reviewed the application and essential documents over the phone. Upon my arrival in the country, Mindy guided me through the leasing process, swiftly handling all the paperwork. The move-in procedure was executed with remarkable speed and efficiency, making my transition into the apartment a remarkably smooth experience.

Middlebrooke is a great place to live. I attribute most of my great experience to Mindy the Leasing Consultant on site. She is really professional and proficient at her job; any requests or concerns we have in regard to our apartment is answered in a timely manner. Truly happy with our choice!

Place is clean and nice. It comes with basic appliances whch works fine. Not to mention the leasing Manager, Mindy, was very accommodating and helpful.

I moved from Alabama to Westminster about 2 weeks ago, so my experience with the place is not that long. However, I wanted to write this review mostly because of how helpful the management was to accommodate me. When I came here in March to look for a place, Mindy, the office manager, showed me around, explain to me how to look for a vacancy, and how to apply on the website to rent an apartment. All this time, she was in contact with me via email about every step I should take to make sure I have all documents in order. Mindy was always very nice and responded to my emails promptly. When I came here, the apartment was clean and appliances functional. The building has a common washer and dryer, which is nice as I don’t have to drive for laundry. So far, the entire complex looks clean and quiet. The few neighbors I met seem very friendly. Again, I haven't been here that long, but I was very surprised by how helpful the management was.

It was quite a journey moving cross-country to be closer to family here in Maryland but moving in to Middlebrooke has made my life much easier and better. Meeting Mindy, the leasing agent here, made me feel very welcomed. Her cheery attitude and concern for making me feel comfortable has been a big help. I even had a problem with the hot water heater going out shortly after I moved in & it was taken care of immediately. I have appreciated the helpfulness & great attitude of all the staff. I feel like I have made a good choice moving here. Love the location; close to everything and very nice neighborhood to walk in.

This was my best experience ever. And Mindy made it wonderful for us to move in at a very fast pace. We will enjoy this new apartment.

Middlebrooke apartments have recently been upgraded and are the best for my family and I. Mindy is amazing to work with and she makes the process painless and smooth. She also makes your fur babies feel so welcome. I definitely recommend Middlebrooke apartments!!

This community is very cute and in a good part of town, quiet and help neighbors. Also the leasing manager Mindy is super helpful and flexible with communication. Plus we are close enough to the farm museum to have easy access to festivals.

Three years here and not a single regret. The property is clean and well maintained. The car care center is much appreciated, and even though I don't have a dog, I love taking my walks past the dog park to watch them play and socialize with neighbors. Best part, if you need any type of information from the office, Mindy is extraordinary. MGN

As someone who is going through a rough time in their life, I am so thankful that I came across Middlebrooke Apartments and Townhomes. During my research, I drove by to check the apartments out. I wanted to see if they could be a good fit for me. The property is beautiful. It’s very well maintained and from what I’ve seen, quiet. The landscaping was nice; grass well kept and the buildings looked nice. I placed a call to obtain more information and spoke with Mindy. She has been such a godsend from the very beginning and I’m so thankful for her. She’s always so responsive and super nice! She has gone above and beyond to help me. I am so happy I’ve been able to interact with her and am excited for the next chapter in my life!

This is a beautiful community. The apartments are spacious and it is such a joy to find a pet friendly home; there is even a small dog park! Mindy in the front office was so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel right at home from the start. Highly recommend!

As a new divorcee, getting settled into an apartment was quick and simple! Fortunately, my beautiful apartment was available right at the time I needed a place to move and Mindy made me feel so at home. From the first inquiry, Mindy helped make my transition to Middlebrooke so easy and I immediately knew I made the right decision moving to this community. The upgraded apartment is gorgeous and having my own washer and dryer has been amazing. The common areas of the building are always clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff have been personable, timely and efficient. I always look forward to my conversations with Mindy! She is a gem.

I have been living here for almost a year and both Mindy in the office and maintenance are responsive. Mindy will always respond to your email or phone call - which is great! The maintenance team was always prompt and helpful. Although not all of my neighbors were friendly, I never felt unsafe. It is a safe place and area with a great location.

Mindy has been wonderful to deal with from the first day I submitted my application! Provided all the information that I requested and was sure to answer all of my questions. I have been here almost a year now and she always responds quickly when I need to reach out for something. The maintenance workers are always nice and make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. I've only had minor issues, such as a towel rack falling off of the wall and a clogged sink. I was surprised how quiet it is here and I honestly rarely see my neighbors. The laundry room in my building is updated and clean as are the hallways. Tenants with pets could do a little better cleaning up after their dogs would be my only suggestion for improvement.

Really enjoy living here thanks to friendly management office and prompt & efficient maintenance. Mindy is a pleasure to deal with & is always on top of things.

I truly couldn’t ask for a better complex to live in! Our neighbors are friendly, the apartments are cute, and management really cares for you. Mindy is the BEST property manager I have ever come across. She is kind, helpful, attentive, and always has a treat for my dog when I come by. I don’t know that I would love this place as much if it weren’t for her. She is really that great! Mindy in the front office is a sweetheart and even though I’m fairly sure she is the only one over all the units on the property I’ve never felt neglected living here! My maintenance requests are always treated as a priority and with a level of care and respect I’ve never seen in my years of renting. The maintenance team is super respectful and friendly, no hidden fees like other rental companies. Just straightforward, honest and attentive!

Honestly, I have loved my experience with Middlebrooke. Mostly because of the Leasing Consultant Mindy. From the beginning I greeted with such kindness and this has continued throughout my stay. Any questions or issues that I’ve ever had, Mindy has been right on top of it.

I needed to help my granddaughter find her first apartment. I don't live In Maryland, and I was doing cold calls to apartment complexes in the Westminster area. Mindy, the leasing agent at Middlebrook, was so helpful and kind to me when I called. She instinctively knew that I needed to move fast. She had an apartment that met the criteria, did the paperwork efficiently. And since move-in, she has always been responsive. I am impressed!! When I first moved in over 3 years ago, the leasing office was unresponsive and when I did get them on the phone, they were very rude. That has changed. The leasing office is responsive now, truly kind, and very helpful. Every time I have an issue (maintenance), the leasing manager (Mindy) responds right away and makes sure the problem is taken care of. I wish she had been working in the office the whole time I've bene living here. 5 stars for Mindy!

Loud neighbors only care about themselves, needed repairs never fixed, dog poop all over the property, police have been out multiple times but no one ever gets evicted since management only cares about money. This place is not worth it!

After 10 yrs I’m disgusted. Was a great place to live. Landlord has changed three times. Mice, roof leaks exterior maintenance poor. Dead trees, fallen shutters not replaced lobby areas not maintained properly. Numerous maintenance issues.

Been here a few years now and I feel the pros of the property have been wearing thin for me. PROS: Convenient Location, AC, On-site Parking, Grassy Areas, Pet Friendly. CONS: Maintenance - They appear to care less and less. Sometimes they do fine, other times I have an issue that gets a band-aid slapped on it repeatedly. Seem like perfectly nice workers. I hope they're getting paid enough. Shared washer/dryers - Those things can get nasty. I'm honestly not sure how regularly they get cleaned. Neighborhood Safety - Not this complex in particular, but I wouldn't say we're in the safest part of Westminster.

PROS: new carpet, tile, and kitchen cabinets; recycling dumpster; plenty of land for walking and playing; washer and dryer in each building. CONS: no pool, no storage, loud neighbors always stomping on thin floors (police were called twice), dog owners don't pick up their waste, and they hire the laziest contractors I've ever seen -- painted air vents can't be opened or closed, cabinet handles were all loose, and my requests for certain repairs were completely ignored.

It is quiet sometimes but if you live in a multi- family unit you will hear everything from your neighbors. its pretty disgusting. Quiet area in town. nice people.

Middlebrooke has been a fantastic change moving from a busier, more urban area. Location is still great, and now we get the privacy and beauty of a more secluded area. The staff is super friendly as are our neighbors. Very quiet and well kept grounds. Our dog loves the spacious area to stretch her legs! We’re so happy we made the decision to move here!

I have been here for a year and love it here. It’s quiet and very close to everything. It’s well lit at night when I come home so that I can see everything and I don’t have to worry about people hanging around outside and being noisy. Whenever I’ve had any issues they are always addressed right away. If you’re looking for an updated pet friendly place to live then I recommend it here.
