Property Ratings at Metronome Mid City
I've lived at Metronome for a few years now, since shortly after it first opened, and I love what it's grown into. The apartment management had a clear vision from the start, with a focus on engaging with residents and integrating with Mid City as a whole. They've worked hard on achieving that goal and it's been hugely successful, with nearly daily events and activities hosted by companies in Mid City or by Metronome itself, including yoga classes, bingo at The Camp, and even parties in the common areas. Mid City is still developing, which means there is some construction going on in the area, but it's been worth putting up with the noise for everything that it's brought. I was excited to see how Metronome and Mid City would grow a few years ago, and I'm even more excited today after seeing everything that's blossomed in the area.

For me, it's all about the people and tech. Everyone associated with the Metronome has been amazing. They have a true concierge mentality that is welcoming, helpful and refreshing. Move in was a breeze. All the residents i've met have been friendly and helpful. Activities and events abound. There is such a great, livable energy here. There arr simple and easy apps for every aspect of daily life. Management has really thought of everything. Love it!!

I was looking to get an apartment here but the two ladies in the front office Lexie and Abby ignored me when I walk in I had to say hello Abby was acting like I was a bother when giving me a tour so I left I’ll spend my money else where

Living at Metronome in MidCity has been a pretty good experience overall. The location is hard to beat—walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Orion Amphitheater. The apartments themselves are modern with nice finishes, and the amenities like the pool and rooftop lounge are great. Management and maintenance have generally been responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of everything happening in Huntsville.

It is so loud here. The walls are paper thin and I can hear every single thing my neighbors do at all hours of the day. The location is pretty good though.

Resort living - on vacation all the time. From the beautiful apartment, to the rooftop lounge to the amazing salt water pool to the helpful staff, it’s luxury living. Not to mention the location - walk to top- notch restaurants, bakery shop, Trader Joe’s, and the Orion. It’s the BEST!

The building, interior, and amenities and are nice, but my favorite part is the hospitality of the staff. They are very quick to respond to your emails and concerns. They took the time to even calls us sometimes to patiently answer all our questions (we had ALOT because we are new to the area and it's our first time going through the process with a non-school-affiliated apartment). They made this stressful experience during a busy time bearable! I haven't been at this complex very long, but I have spoken to some of the fellow residents in passing, and they were all very friendly as well!
I love living here it's absolutely amazing and I can't wait til another year here! The amount of friendliness surrounding it i love midcity and the pool is perfect for the hot summer days!
I have loved my time at metronome so far! The staff are very helpful and kind - they really go above and beyond. The communal spaces are very well kept and enjoyable.

The apartment is pretty quiet and the amenities are lovely. Our dogs are loving all the dog friendly locations in the complex and the easy walkability. Everything we could possibly want are a few minutes walk away and we are loving it! The front office staff are also very receptive and communicate well. Very happy with our time here so far!

I've lived at Metronome for almost a year and a half and I've enjoyed my entire time here. The management and front desk are responsive and helpful, the maintenance staff work hard to keep everything clean and running smoothly, and there's a lot of fun places in the area to visit and eat. The area around Metronome is also being built up a lot, with a pond and walking trail recently getting added and even more restaurants popping up. The one downside is some of the residents don't treat Metronome with the same care and respect as management and maintenance, so things like the parking garage gate sensor gets knocked down fairly consistently or people don't clean up after their pets. Most of the residents are polite and respectful, but the few people who don't respect the place can cause issues.

I’ve been at the Metronome for almost 1.5 years, and I love it! They have competitive prices and amenities, beautiful units, and the location is perfect. Good apartment management is hard to come by, but both the management and maintenance staff here are professional, friendly, and respectful of my privacy. So far the complex is really nice but the apartment itself has had issues from the start. I’ve been here a week and have had issues with the AC, water pressure, dishwasher, and exhaust fan. The staff has been super helpful but the issues have made my move in pretty rough.

It’s been a great complex so far! The amenities are lovely, the space in the 1 bedroom 1 bath is quite large and plenty of space for 1 person! I enjoy the view from my patio as well and cannot wait to properly use it in summer :)))

Great place, great location, and genuinely competitive prices! Besides a few maintenance issues that haven’t impacted my life drastically, I’ve enjoyed living here and will be renewing my lease in a few months to continue living here. Plus, it’s great living next to the Orion and the Camp and I walk to Trader Joes almost weekly for groceries!

So far living here has been an absolute dream, lately it has been a bit dirty and some things do keep breaking but i hope to get those fixed soon they are making a lot of updates and construction so i dont blame them but i look forward for when this place is full of life!

love the staff and their diligence. one of huntsville’s newer nicer apartments so far. there are still some construction going on around so noise levels are sometimes a bit annoying but overall a great apt complex.

Initial impression is good. Apartment is not perfect, but it’s pretty close. The hallway smells like a bologna and cheese sandwich though. Excited to be living at Mid City and excited to see it continue to grow.

An honest review from someone who’s toured over 15 apartments in Huntsville. This is an amazing apartment complex! The leasing agents Abby and Spencer are nothing short of amazing. They answered all of my questions, made my move in experience so smooth, and are just nice down to earth people. I never felt rushed in my decision making and was guided through the process as if I was family rather than just another commission check. The amenities are always clean. The gym is a little small but has everything you need for a quick workout. The cafe is great if you work remote. The apartments are very quiet and I rarely ever hear my neighbors. I had some very subtle maintenance issues that were addressed in a very timely manner. Tyler was the maintenance person that helped me, he is very respectful and personable and did a great job. My only slight complaint is the dog park, it’s really small and a little far, but there is a big grass area next to it if your dog is off leash trained!

I love it here! It has the best scenery, the pool definitely got me! Also everyone is so welcoming and the staff was great for the move in process!

The building is well kept, the staff is amazing, the amenities are worth the rent, and the apartment is pretty well built. There a few building errors that suck (like drawers that can’t open at the same time), but most of it is easily overlooked.

Everyone has been so nice and helpful. A few minor issues in the apartment when moving in but everything was fixed or being worked on. The apartment was cleaned and spotless for my move as well. All the apps worked prior to moving in too

Apartment is okay. Water doesn’t get as hot as expected. The air in the master bedroom barely blows , and we just moved in. They advertised 2 months free rent, we moved in later in the month, meaning our first month was free, I even asked to make sure. But they still charged me for 90 dollars. Although I asked if I would have to pay anything. Communication is poor. But I love my neighbors lol. And I can honestly say location is perfect! Food, groceries, etc

Super nice, lots of amenities and in a good area. Only issue is the internet, media panel is on one side of the apartment so wifi on the opposite side is not so great.

Fantastic & friendly staff. We have no complaints thus far. The saltwater pool is soothing, our two-bedroom apartment is very spacious and the optional concrete flooring is definitely a plus as well.

I love living here. It’s like living in a resort. Everything is so convenient and I feel so safe and secure. The amenities make living here feel as if you are at a resort.
Love it! Great people and the location is convenient! Definitely enjoy walking on the walking paths going to restaurants and the small park nearby. Me and my family love everything so far. I also like the roof top as it's more of a chill relaxed place to eat and gather with friends.
Great place to live I love it here!!!! Spencer, Lexi, Bri, and Abby are awesome to work with and my apartment is beautiful. The bathtub is so comfortable and the kitchen island is huge.

this community will not work with residents in any way no matter the situation. half the amenities haven’t worked since my move in but they don’t compensate in anyway which is fine if they would work with you on other sensible matters
