The grounds are beautiful. Attentive staff and the building is immaculate. The apartment is dog friendly and everyone is super friendly. I feel very safe!
Have only been here two days and every aspect of the onboarding process has been outstanding. Everyone has been so welcoming. I am looking forward to the summer here.

The staff is super friendly and amenities amazing. Had a few issues at move in but the amazing maintenance staff fixed them right away. The residents I have met are also super friendly and the location is great. I am very happy to be here and part of this community
Living here has been a great experience. The rent has gone up which is unfortunate. One key issue is the smell in the hallways, which could be improved if there wasn't carpet. The gym is great and usually not crowded. I wish there was a drawer in the bathroom because there is no where to put things you use every day such as makeup except under the sink which is harder to access.

Very organized, nice community, and clean apartments. Maintenance team is great and so are the workers at Metro. The location is great and a lot of good parking opportunities. Gym has a peloton.
The apartments are pretty quiet and kept pretty clean. Very dog friendly. Big parking lot but can be hard to a parking spot available if it’s later in the day.
This is the first time I lived in a apartment since college 1968 and the first time not the owner of residence since age age 25. My apprehension about Marina Bay has been destroyed by the warmth received from residents and especially eileen and her team. The love residents have for Pets is refreshing.
I recently moved to this apartment community from Maryland, and I’ve had some time to settle in. It’s a luxury building, though I’d say it’s along the base level of luxury. The amenities are decent, and the place is generally clean. The staff and neighbors are friendly, which adds to the positive atmosphere. I do find the pricing slightly on the higher side for the amenities offered, but it definitely makes up for it in terms of location. Being in a convenient location can be a significant plus. One thing worth mentioning is that maintenance response times have been generally okay, but there have been a few mishaps. Overall, it’s been a decent experience so far.
Great place to live! I enjoy activities and meeting people. Sometimes busy with work. Pet of the week is cutest. Prompt repairs when needed. The building is kept clean.

I have really enjoyed living in Metro the past year. It’s really quiet and I love how dog friendly it is. It has everything I need between the central AC and a balcony with a view of Wollaston beach. The area is beautiful too. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk with all the restaurants and bars. I highly recommend living here.
The grounds are very well-maintained. It was something that was very important to me. Both my wife and I are at the later stages of our careers. And we both are very particular where we stay. And as of right now the apartment that we have seems to fit the bill very nicely.
This is an Amazing building with attentive care to our needs. Great management and support when needed. The building is exactly what we were looking for. Having lived here a year we have no complaints!
The staff at Metro made our move in seamless . Eileen was so helpful from the time we started looking until we completed our move the apps to transfer our utilities and internet was so helpful.

I love living at Metro Marina Bay! It’s got a very nice community feel and the staff are all so helpful. My only complaint is that some residents do not pick up after their furry friends.
It is a clean and safe building with a variety of tenants.
Generally the building is a very friendly building. Staff are friendly and receptive. The facility staff are excellent and responsive. Todd has been helpful as well. I've noticed a change in the type of residents we've had this year - there tends to be a louder (younger?) crowd in the last year and there has been damage to the building. But generally I've found a very welcoming environment.
Everyone who lives here is friendly. The snow removal is a huge help. The property is clean and quiet.
rent prices for the building are now too high, so I wouldn't recommend to friends, but maintenance is great.
We love the location and surroundings as well as the friendliness of everyone, also towards dogs. However, for a Luxury Apartment Building (indicated on the street sign), the structures are dated and the build out (doors, closet doors, cabinetry) cheaply made. The same is true for the appliances, which are low cost and loud.
We have lived at Metro Marina Bay for 6 years, going on 7 and have been very pleased. The professionalism from the office and maintenance staff is consistent. Throughout our time here, the building has been improved upon dramatically. It looks like a newer building, even though it is not. The grounds are very well kept, and the building is always so clean.
I like that the area and building is quiet! It' very relaxing!
They did the work perfectly within one day of me putting in the request which meant they had parts on site ready to do replacements and they sent the cutest completion note specific to me. Thanks for taking good care of my bunnies!!

We enjoy living at Metro, from day one. Our needs are met. Rent is a whole other conversation! We realize it is market pricing.
So far good and safe place to live. However, there is a big buildup in Quincy. We'll see how it will be in 1 or 2 years.

Back in February 2029, I mentioned bedroom window sill had water damage and I was told that Lincoln did NOT have a carpenter. After 8 months, I recently had a small flood in my apartment. Notified maintenance and they came up stating I needed two new windows in bedroom due to water coming in through them. Yesterday we had rain again and although I didn't have a flood, window sill was like mush. Still waiting for new windows & a windowsill. For this high rent I wouldn't expect it from Lincoln properties and hope that my rent doesn't increase for 2020!
