Metro Center Apartments

Don't apply here. Rick is a great guy but the company he works for is a joke. The site says the application fee is $15 per person, it's actually $32. You don't get that money back. Even if you are denied. They charge a pet deposit of $300 PLUS $50 a month. They charge a $229 carpet cleaning fee in the beginning. Plus a $999 security deposit AND your first months rent. FEES AFTER FEES AFTER FEES AFTER FEES. Don't move here unless you want to be rushed through the application process and then when something else comes up you are never given the application fees back. All they want is your money!!

i lived in the metro center location almost 2 years. the property/apartment itself is nice, mostly updated, mostly friendly neighbors. the landlord is completely horrendous as far as communicating and getting back to phone calls regarding anything. takes weeks, months to finally get a reply.

Lived here for a little over a year and was never reminded of renters insurance requirement. They’re now asking for proof after over a year later. Also, they suddenly stopped putting our mail in our mail box. Have not received mail for a few months now, attempted to call property manager, left message and she never called back. Instead they put a VACANT letter in my mail box telling the mail man to not put mail in my box because the unit is vacant and for me to fill out who is currently residing there & who will be receiving mail. Like what? I pay rent on time, so why is this happening? So many calls and questions unanswered. Unprofessional land lord and property manager. Go rent else where.

When I first rented this apartment I had just sold my house & needed a place to live until I could find a house. It was supposed to be temporary. I'm still here 6 years later!!!!! I can walk to the post office, restaurant, pharmacy, flower shop, etc. I love the separate entrance, patio, in house washer & dryer, and the warm, cozy, open lay out of the inside living area. I've had comments from my friends as well as casual aquaintances on what a nice apartment it is!!!! I smile & agree.The grounds are always kept up nice and you could say the whole complex has curb appeal. I'm proud I made the right choice when I rented this apartment!!!!!

I'm been living in a one bedroom apartment for about 3 years now. I really like having a washer and dryer inside my apartment. Having a nearby garage is great especially on raining and cold days.The office staff has been very helpful and efficient with any concerns I have when I contact them. I'm close to shopping, my work and highways. Overall I'm enjoying living at the Metro Center Apartments in Schofield, Wisconsin.

Pros: friendly and helpful property manager, excellent dog policy, very sound proof walls, convenient location, enough parking, prompt maintenance, excellent lawn care, and friendly neighbors. Cons: slow snow removal, no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend.

I found my apartment to be very clean, well kept and everything in good working order. The apartment grounds are nicely manicured and well taken care of. In working with the property manager, Amy, she is always very pleasant and assists in any way that I need. The complex itself is located in an ideal setting and has access to many local restaurants, shopping and businesses. My location is quiet and in an area where I can relax and quietly watch the sunset. You can hardly tell that you are located within city limits.

I have lived in a few apartment buildings and have to say this is the best one yet. All my maintenance needs are taken care of asap and the staff is very friendly. The environment is great; the area is always kept very clean and in the winter the snow if taken care of immediately. I'm currently a resident at Metro Center Apartments and have been for the past 20 months. I've not had any issues with my apartment since living here. It's very quiet and peaceful here actually considering there are busy roads near by. The neighbors are very friendly. The home office do a great job in keeping the property well maintain. There are a lot of great restaurants and hotels near the complex and some are in walking distance. Overall it's a great atmosphere and I would definitely recommend Metro Center Apartments to whomever is looking for a great stay.

I moved to Wisconsin for a job and could not have found a better place to live. Unfamiliar with the area, the property manager was easily accessible and answer all my questions promptly prior to me moving to Wisconsin and choosing Metro Center Apartments. The property is quiet (even with some tenants having dogs) and close to many amenities and possible needs. They keep the property neat and clean throughout the year. If there is an issue, Amy (property Manager) is again, easily accessible and gets your issue solved. Glad I chose Metro Center.

My name is Gladys and I am 91 years old. I have lived in the Metro Apartments since 2002. My entire life I lived in one home that my husband built for us in Michigan. Never in my life did I think I would call another place "home", but my apartment in the Metro Apartment complex IS my home and I will never move anywhere else. My apartment is comfortable and very convenient for someone of my age living on my own. I love my corner view, my patio where I can sit and read in the sun and enjoy the breeze. It is close to the grocery store, the drug store and a nice place to eat. The managers in my building treat me like I was their own Grandma. I can't even begin to say how much I love living here and how thankful I am that I moved here after my husband died. The property is kept very nicely, and if I ever need something fixed the maintenance man is always here to help me. My family lives in town and visits me very often. They all agree this has been a wonderful place for me to live. Although I am 91, my mind is sharp and I remember everything. Good size rooms , Plenty of storage space, nice garages and well maintained grounds and the staff are wonderful people and very helpful.

The apartments are very well kept and up to date. Buildings and surrounding yards are always clean and taken care of. The staff are very helpful if you are in need of anything being replaced or fixed. Walking or short drive to shopping and restaurant's, along with not being far off of the major highway for quick transportation to and from.

My apartment is close to everything in my area, shopping, restaurants, golf, fishing and of course our senior center. It is also very close to getting to direct routes connected to most ravel areas. The staff here has been very friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept very clean and well groomed. I would recommend it to any prospective clients.

The pricing is fine for everything that's included. The in-apartment washer/dryer is nice and the size of apartment is good.

I have been living here only 4 months, but moved because of competitive pricing compared to my other apartment. I have ground level access, private car parking. Management has worked with me when I reported problems or repairs.

The apartments are priced well and include a lot. The garage and in-apartment washer/dryer make life very convenient. The area is nice and the grounds are well kept.

When I landed my dream job recently, I was a bit nervous because the start date was coming pretty fast. I didn't know anyone in the area, I didn't want a home right away, but I needed a place that would seem like a home--and pretty quickly. After spending two full days searching online and making some phone calls, I realized that Metro Center was the place for me. The phone conversation, and a next day visit and tour let me know that this was the place for me. It is quiet, clean, the staff is excellent, and the location is literally near everything i needed--a gym, a drug store, a grocery store, and some restaurants. Plus, it's right by the highway so i can get out of town to visit family without hassle. The manager is awesome, and she responds to things quickly. I am very much at "home" months later, and I write this heartfelt review because they deserve it. I love Metro Center!

This spacious luxury apartment home has provided the perfect transition for downsizing from a 4 bedroom home as I near my retirement. The cathedral ceilings create dimension and the covered deck is like adding an extra room. You can't beat the location ... close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, easy highway access and more. The noise level is at a minimum. Onsite manager, Amy, is dedicated and available at any time ... day or night. The property is well maintained and the private entry provides a feeling of security. The convenient garage with electric opener has ample room for my SUV, bicycle, kayak and personal belongings in storage. Each apartment has it's own full size washer and dryer. Couldn't feel more like home!

The apartments are really spacious and clean and the neighbors are always really nice. Never have any noise problems or complaints. Really closely located to just about everything you could possibly need.

The metro apartments are very spacious upto date apartments. Its never very loud around here the neighbors are very nice and the maintenance (when needed) is done in a timely manner. Overall a very nice and relaxing place to live.

Great location, and the land lord is awesome. Maintenence works fast and will fix right away. The road is busy with alot of semi trucks. It get loud during the day and cars that speed past or loud music you can hear. But great apartment overall.

I have been here for almost a year. I have no complaints, or at least real ones. There is some road noise from my place, but that can be dealt with. The guy above me walks with heavy feet, and that's about it. Otherwise, it is pretty quiet. The neighbors are friendly. I like the place.

This apartment complex is awesome very quiet and a great place to live. The management makes you feel welcome.

I feel that the most important thing that factored in my decision on living here was convenience. You are very close to restaurants and stores so most anything you would need or want is just in the neighborhood. It's also very quiet around here, so having the peacefulness of country life right in the city is a luxury all on its own. And since each unit has its own laundry room, garage, and private entryway, you're able to live the apartment life but it feels like your own home.

This is a great apartment for couples. Two of us live in a one bedroom and it is plenty of space. Large bedroom with a huge walk in closet with washer/dryer in unit. Living space is big enough, nothing massive. Dishwasher is also included. Everything is nice and clean and relatively new. The complex is quiet and in close proximity to the Weston/Schofield area. I am very happy here.

Would recommend these apartments to anyone else. They will accommodate basically anything within reason for you. If there is ever a problem they come and fix it right away no questions asked for no charge. Also they are very well kept up apartments residing in a quiet neighborhood.

After moving to Metro Center apartments we had many of our friends come to visit. They all want us to move out so they can rent our place. LOL. Park like setting, nice neighbors, good looking modern apartment building and fabulous manager. We won't move !!!

Our 2 bedroom apartment here at Metro Center Apartments is the best apartment we have ever had. Spacious, modern, quite. What more could you ask for? Plus a great manager. Life is good !!!

Moved here only months ago and it is already feeling like home. A home we have been living in for a long time. Good neighbors, great view, quite and the manager here is to die for. Life couldn't be better - unless we won free rent for life.

Excellent place to live! They care about us tenants. The manager is amazing! I will never move again. This company is a 5 STAR place to live!
