This is the best apartment I. The United States since I have been here for the past 4 years the new management is the best especially Rosalee everything I asked to do they fix it all I never regret coming to live here

Mi experiencia es 10/10, somos nuevos en la ciudad y fue lo más acogedor que encontramos, desde la facilidad del proceso de arrendamiento, la amabalididad por parte de la administración, es un lugar limpio, luminoso, buena convivencia vecinal, a su vez ubicado en una zona accesible y cercano a escuelas y supermercados, sin duda un muy buen lugar para vivir, la mejor elección para mí y mi familia.

Been here for about two months and I really like these apartments! They are really taken care of, plenty of parking, and great price for the location! Maintenance is always on top of every problem there is .

I’ve had a positive experience living here. The management is attentive and responsive — any issues I’ve reported were addressed promptly and effectively. It’s clear they care about keeping things running smoothly. No frills, but they get the job done.

My experience here has been great, Rosalee is very friendly and very helpful. She always answers all my questions straight to the point. The community is very well kept and clean. The pool is always looking amazing. Over all everything has been great. The only reason i leased was because how the community looked plus how friendly and welcoming Rosalee has been since day 1. I had times where i would need to go speak to some1 in the office and Rosalee is my go to and i never disappointed on how she handles my situations. You will enjoy living here trust me. I love it

My family loves living at Mesquite Terraces! We have renewed twice already the apartment complex are so nice and clean. The staff is so professional Mrs. Emily and Mrs Gissel are always so nice and will help you with anything if your looking for great apartment Mesquite Terraces is your place.

We’ve lived here for over 6 months and have no complaints! The office staff are great always hosting events, and the maintenance answer on a timely manner! The outside is always clean and well kept, they have an employee out daily picking up trash and is so friendly. Definitely a family friendly renting apartment.

Mesquite terrace apartments feel new on inside wood floors beautiful and the master bathroom and closet huge and beautiful. And the manager Emily in office always try’s to accommodate your needs that’s hard to find. I recommend living here to anyone

A wonderful place to live! So many extras and located close to so many business but makes you feel like you are tucked away in a quiet area.

I’ve been searching all over Midland, which doesn’t have much to offer, found Mesquite terraces and was highly pleased. Ashley in the front office is the greatest. She’s very personable and help me fine the apartment home right for me 10 out of 10 recommend their quality and price makes sense.

I really enjoyed the aesthetic and clean environment of the residences upon my first visit. I was happy with the helpful, fast customer service provided by the kind employees.

I am moving there for an internship this summer, the place was very accommodating with working out which location I should stay at and which floor I prefer. The also have an endless list of amenities that are worth every dollar.

I moved from another city and this property caught my eye. Its beautiful and up to date! The staff if very friendly as well.

The apartment complex is well located nearby main highways. The buildings are clean and well constructed. Walked in without prior appointment, but welcomed and well informed. An impressive tour and info by Ms. Chesney, an asset manager. Modern and neat room design. Favorable lease offer and fantastic help from Ms. Chesney. Contract was made on the same day.

We got to call Mesquite Terraces our home for two years and really enjoyed our time there. The ladies in the front office made the application and move in process smooth, while answering all the questions we had. They remained helpful and were always happy to help or address any concerns we had while living there. We didn’t need to contact maintenance very often, as the apartments are well maintained, but maintenance was always quick to respond and very polite. The entire staff at Mesquite Terraces are friendly and make you feel welcome. We loved that the location of the apartments was close to Loop 250 making it easy access to I20 or HWY 191. Our neighbors were always friendly and our children enjoyed making friends with other children here. We had a very good experience, thank you!

They are trying to go more commercial, giving crazy violations to all the families. Get a violation for a childrens scooter on a patio. When other patios have peoples beds on them. People walking around knocking on doors and trying the handles, looking in windows and they are worried about who's dog pooped and it was not picked up. Anybody can swim in the pool and use the work out room. NO SECURITY......people coming from all over town, and because a relative lives there, they are letting them all swim. And then they get upset about people living and paying rent there coming to swim. Hours posted are not the hours worked, cant get maintenance to come fix anything.

Ive been pretty impressed so far with these apartments, i stay in a two bedroom and for the price its very comfortable and nice. Envirment is nice and even though its next to the highway its pretty quite considering that. The only thing I wish they would do is make a walkway to the mail boxes from the middle buildings, the grass is always flooded from the sprinklers and its a longer walk around just to get your mail, other than that im pretty happy, Ive never had problems with management over getting info or them not answering questions like the last places i stayed at.
