Had good service with the manager Samantha was nice and welcoming and informative during our tour.
Apartments are cute, cozy and unique looking. The Mesa Village management and staff are very welcoming.
Awesome customer service from management. Luis and Polly have been God sent. Beautiful and peaceful place to live. So excited to be a part of the Mesa Village community!!

Terrible cheap old apartments. Barely lived here 6 months. They keep shutting off water! I had no hot water for 2 months!! Water still fluctuates from hot to cold! Bad management
They are very excellent in helping out with anything that is needed and are very nice and accommodating. Liz is always very helpful and makes the process of getting into your apt and resigning easy
Always water problems, pipes busting from being old. Running water for 10 min now still full of dirt. Water is dirty. Forget being able to shower.
I've lived here for about a year and a half. When we first moved in, we thought that this place was decent for the price. The interior is decent aside from the 1000 coats of paint on all of the cabinets and walls. It looks like a 5 year old painted in some places it's so sloppy. The fake, wood looking floor is pealing up in places and looks like crap. As for the grounds, it is pretty ugly. One unit in the front by the leasing office has a jungle growing on their patio. The rocks around the pathways need to be filled in and there is trash all over. It would be nice if they installed some lights along the pathways. It is extremely dark at night. As for the pool, it was closed for pretty much the whole summer because is was neglected and couldn't pass inspection. For the few weeks it was open, there were beer bottles and trash all over the place. There were bees everywhere due to the overflowing trashcans. In the laundry rooms, the machines are always broken and there is trash everywhere. So far, the worst thing about living here is that we've been without hot water since Wednesday (today is Tuesday). We received an email over the weekend stating that it "should" be fixed by Monday or Tuesday. It is Tuesday and we are still without hot water. We have been taking ice cold showers for going on a week. This is ridiculous. Overall, I wouldn't recommend living here unless you're broke and can't afford anywhere else.

We are sorry about your concerns with Mesa Village. Changes continue to happen at the property and we have new personnel to ensure that the grounds are tidied up every day, and we hired a fantastic new landscaping company that continues to make improvements to the landscaping. We have also recently repainted each laundry room and have a few other plans in the works for continued remodeling for each of the three laundry rooms. All machines are working. The water situation was totally unexpected and difficult for us to find out what was causing the problem. The problem was discovered to be underground and as soon as this was found it was taken care of. This required many hours of digging, and replacement of underground sections of the water lines that were damaged by tree roots. We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience during this time. Please let us know what else we could do for you and your household and if you have any needed work inside your apartment. Our maintenance team is available to respond to any service requests.
I lived at Mesa Village for 3 years, the first 1.5 year the property management was great, the grounds were clean and maintenance wasn't an issue. When management changed , everything changed, rent's skyrocketed causing long time tenants to move out. My rent didn't drastically go up so I renewed my lease, and immediately regretted it. The girls in the front office were extremely rude and unhelpful, the grounds look dirty and not well kept as well as the laundry rooms. The pool was never open in the summer, maybe one month out of the summer- due to the fact that they never passed city inspection, the reasons they never passed were due to their negligence and lack of maintenance. The apartments themselves aren't ugly, I think they're some of the best you'll find for the price on the westside, but honestly as a resident, the last thing you need is to be stressed out by the property management wherever you decide to live. At times I'd call the office and no one would answer yet i'd walk to the office , phone in hand still ringing, and the ladies would be sitting there talking. I'd say pay a little extra and go somewhere else.
These apartments are great they have decent space and they people who work there are friendly and very helpful but the gym is small but everything else is sweet
I have lived in this complex for 8 years and i have to say i am here for a reason. the staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is always nice, lots of trees,peacefull and quiet. I definetly recommend Mesa Village Apartments!
If ever you need a apartment for convenience Mesa Village is your place... With Dinning Areas all around. The super Walmart and home Depot is also down the street within walking distance that mall is about 1.4 miles away. Cimemark movie theater is located behind the apartments. There are many workout facilities in the area Pure Nutrition is located right across the street. This location is grand for all you need. Mesa Village also have a swimming pool and workout facility. Last but not least the staff here are very welcoming, respectful ,kind heart & always willing to help out the maintenance crew always do their job right the first time. If convenience, shopping & location are what you are looking this place is perfect your everyday need. Please stop on by and take a look thank you
