Worst service ever from the people in the office
The problem seems common with everyone. The person before me also commented on the basic maintenance that were not up to standard at first and still not fixed when informed. The bulbs do not work, the doors do not lock properly and the bathroom door does not have a lock, still when you call you get a rude tone from the people at the office stating that they cannot fix the problem. These are some basic things that you need to provide a tenant before their move-in. This is the worst apartment i have ever moved into. The apartment itself is quite decent but the service is possibly the worst one i have ever encountered yet.

Below Minimum
Ask for even basic repairs or maintenance and expect to be met with rude, uncaring management. Repairs that should have been made before I moved in were not, and a silly online work order system allows them to ignore requests repeatedly and indefinitely. If breaking a lease weren't such a headache in Texas, I'd have moved out the very same month I moved in. The common washing machines have been broken the entire three months I've lived here. The yard men routinely chop up garbage with the mowers and leave it strewn about the property. It simply appears to be a place that shows little to no pride of ownership from the outside, and especially in the manner it regards repairs.
