Bad people work here don’t move here not polite and maintenance is bad with bad costumers service in the office
We been here for a year and renewing again, love this place. Staff is an outstanding people and The Manager is a great, kind and a professional in all aspects. Thank you
The buildings are old, essentially built in the 70s sometime. Essentially, bathroom smell runs through the vent from the apartment opposite usage or from first floor bathroom usage which seeps through the floor of the bathroom below to the second floor bathroom. Sometime the smell is so strong from the apartment below me that my entire apartment smells not just the bathroom. I have lived here for 3 years and asked the management repeatedly to to do something about my apartment on Butterwood CT but to no avail. I expect all the second floor apartments of all buildings in this complex have the same problem. I talked to the city of Cary and was told the buildings are old and that they can't do anything. The rent is not cheap anymore. The management raised the rent on me 5 times in 3 years. I expected that I would at least have something done about the smell but nothing was done.
I’ve been living here for the past 5 years and the staff is very nice and attentive; we’ve asked them to do a lot over the years and they’ve always helped us out. If there’s ever an issue, they come and help. Highly recommend.
People work there are so bad they don’t do anything you always will have bugs in your house if you have any problem you have to go to office 50 times there is Lady name Marta she supposed to be the manager but she never in office .
I've lived at Merriwood Apartments for the last two years and have loved it! It's an affordable place to live that's close to downtown, the mall, and the interstate. My interaction with management has been great. They know each of us by name and apartment. I've only had a couple of maintenance issues, and both times the request was finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking to move to the area.
