Meriel Marina Bay

Move in was easy and the community has already been welcoming. Everything is as expected and we love the location, the cleanliness and the overall charm of Marina Bay.

Overall good place to live. Location within complex is important as being near gym and other active locations can get loud. Parking is good and heated for winter.

We wish the area around the building was cleaner. There is always trash and dog poop. Other than that we love living here. The events are thoughtful, fun and appreciated!

The building is very clean, amenities very modern, staff very friendly, but it goes through periods where fire alarms go off for hours on end.

It’s been a great living experience so far. The rooms are excellent and modern. The amenities are top notch and the location could not be better.

Lived here for almost 8 months , no regrets ! Staff is great , very clean and well kept. They offer activities like free whiskey tasting, candle making , floral arranging . Sometimes free coffee and breakfast ! Beautiful sun sets

Just moved in and so far so good! The staff made move in a breeze! Love the water and coffee machines and can't wait to try the gym. All of the lights were fixed in our unit before we moved in as asked. We met a very nice neighbor. Could not be happier.

I have been here one week and have been loving living at Merial Marina Bay. It is so clean and everyone is very helpful and friendly. I cant wait to be able to explore more and get to know everyone better

The move-in experience has been great, all the staff are very helpful and communicative. They have supported us a lot in the process and we cannot be more thankful.

It's been a great experience living here. Everyone builds a sense of community and Louis has been stepping up his game to really put on a good effort of events. I love it.

Isaac was amazing! Helped with everything for us to move in smoothly. We love the area & the restaurants The market is a great easy addition to the complex. We are only here for a few days, so far all good.

Place has been good. Staff is great. So far i like it. Apartment could have been cleaner and painted better before move in. However staff has been helping correct.

Every one here is so nice! I really appreciate how helpful and courteous those who work in leasing and maintenance are. It’s a wonderful place to live.

From the awesome community events and excellent staff, to the beautiful views from our balcony, we love living at Meriel! Easy access to so many fun things to do in the community as well.

The moving experience was pretty straightforward. The leasing office staff were very helpful and made sure that I have what I need. Overall it is a good experience.

The utilities team is very responsive and always helpful. Its also great having quick and easy access to the Marina Bay ferry that goes right into Boston for cheap.

The pool was great this summer and I love that you keep it open until the end of September. Still need to fix the TV's in the South building common room.

Louis is a great employee. Knowledgeable, friendly and available to answer a question or help in any way. Always smiling and happy. Housekeeping/maintenance are very good.

Such an amazing experience with the community and staff. I always had all of my questions answered promptly and the move in expertise was super easy! So far I am loving it here!

Very disappointed. Management completely lost control over tenants who are smoking In common areas, at the balconies and at the pool. It does not seem like any action ever taken against people who violate non-smoking policies. Many tenants take advantages of a lack of monitoring who visits the building, regularly bringing a bunch of guests. Please consider when making decision: completely random people who don’t live here will be happily enjoying amenities that you pay for, while smoking and consuming alcohol.

Just moved in and it's been a pleasant experience so far. Neighborhood is really nice and everyone is friendly. Construction is a pain but what are you gonna do about it ya know?

We are so happy we decided to move here. We are loving life. Everyone has been very nice. The building is well maintained. We cook dinner poolside, then enjoy watching the boats come and go with our martini.

I have had a great experience so far. The leasing office was helpful with our unconventional start to the lease, and accommodating towards our requests upon move in. Everyone is very kind and says hello. The only issue we have had is setting up utilities, it has taken awhile.

So far so good! Very happy that the pool is open. Love the dog treats!! Thank you! The buildings are very clean and smell good. I’m happily surprised when I hear residents have lived here for years.

I have only lived here for a few days, and I really love it so far. Everyone is very nice and I feel like I am getting a high end experience. I really appreciate the the management’s team help, and even leaving us some cleaning supplies a note when moving in. I hope I stay here for a long time and looking forward to going to some events coming up

Only my 2nd day moved in and already my favorite apartment complex. Like living in paradise! Staff has been more than helpful and there is so much to do within a short walking distance

Moving to MMB was an easy transition with the help and kindness of the staff. I sold my prior property so coordinating the move was stressful . I often called the team with my worries and each time I was met with patience ,reassurance and support. Shout out to Jessica for your kindness!!

Move in was great and seamless. Staff is super friendly. Community is super clean, smells amazing, the amenities are fabulous and the neighbors I have met are super nice and friendly.

I mean the construction is a hard thing to overlook, so it had made my expereince quite poor. Constant noise and disruption. Also construction workers drilling holes straight into our apartment, and numerous electrical shortages while they work. Finally the countless nails left around the property presumably left by the workes has resulted in me having to replace the tires on my car numerous times. Its frustraiting because I originally loved it here and was worth the price. Now I can't say I feel the same.

Easy move in process and excellent support from the Meriel staff. Always friendly and inviting! Accommodated our move in requirements and the use of the freight elevator gave the movers the space and time they needed to get our items in their new home.

Love the amenities (gym, pool) and the location - it’s right on the marina. The building is always clean and the maintenance crew is very responsive and helpful.

Cozy apartments on the waterfront with views of the Boston skyline. All the amenities from pool to gym to game room! The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I’ve been good time living here the past few months. The construction has been a nuisance but otherwise, I’m very happy. I’m looking forward to warmer weather while I’m here. Two thumbs up from me!

VERY impressed by Meriel! Beautiful location. By far the best management I've had in Boston. Everyone and everything is so kind and nice. It's very pet friendly - but you usually wouldn't know there are dogs around because everything is so clean.

Price is high given the construction and lack of a sense of community here. I moved in this past year and it seems in years past there was probably a larger sense of community then from what im told. Still a nice place, gorgeous apartments.

Meriel Marina Bay initially won me over with its prime location next to the marina, ideal for boating, and surrounded by a fantastic array of restaurants along the dock. Additionally, the proximity to Squantum Park, a paradise for walkers, runners, and bikers, added to the appeal of this place. The blend of waterfront access, dining options, and outdoor activities created an irresistible living environment. However, I feel it's important to be transparent about the ongoing challenges at Meriel Marina Bay. The facade repairs, necessitated by initial construction shortcomings, have become a significant source of disruption. The noise from construction work, starting early in the mornings on weekdays and continuing throughout the day, has been a major disruption. The relentless drilling, hammering, and machinery noise significantly impacts the otherwise peaceful environment that attracted me here. Further, the inability to access my balcony, a once serene place for relaxation and view enjoyment, due to the construction, is disappointing. This loss, along with the visual disruption caused by construction equipment blocking the stunning views of the Boston skyline and Boston Harbor, greatly affects the living experience in what is marketed as a luxury apartment community. A concerning incident involving a fire on the roof directly above my unit, caused by construction activities and leading to an evacuation, has raised serious safety concerns. The limited availability of communal amenities, such as the closure of the courtyard, and reduced guest parking due to the presence of construction equipment, are additional drawbacks. While management has offered a rent concession to offset these inconveniences, it doesn't quite compensate for the extent of the disruption. One point of non-construction related contention is the inadequate provision for electric vehicle owners. Despite management levying an additional monthly amenity fee on EV owners, the scarcity of EV chargers is frustrating. Expanding the number of EV chargers would greatly improve this amenity. On a positive note, the maintenance team here is commendable for their prompt and efficient handling of service requests, consistently delivering professional and quick solutions to any and all problems in my unit, no matter how big or small. The leasing staff are friendly and helpful, and regularly organize enjoyable resident activities such as trivia nights.

Honestly, management could care less about the residents. I know some of what's going on here is out of their hands, but the whole thing is a mismanaged mess. Apts are crappily built, horrible appliances, sound proofing is non-existent, management copy-and-pastes vague garbage from corporate. Looking forward to my balcony being taken away in the summer by this crazy construction zone that is where I live now...that's sarcasm. I don't know too many happy residents currently.

DONT LIVE HERE! Mold, construction, false fire alarms, cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, loss of amenities, and a management team who completely dismisses all of this. Far FAR from a luxury building.

Mariel has been amazing since moving. Everything is clear from the lease signing to front desk help with all my questions. The facilities are beautiful, the views are amazing, the walkability is 100%. Feel like home.

Everything has been great so far. Amenities are great and convenience for everything is also done very well. Staff has been great and every question is answered.
