Many positives. Good service, great facility. However, grills hard to operate and always have issues, many don’t work. Also, facility is dog friendly however dogs are not allowed in common areas.
Although we live here part time, we love it. Isaac & Lewis are amazing. They are always willing to help us out anytime. We appreciate them.

Lived here for almost 8 months , no regrets ! Staff is great , very clean and well kept. They offer activities like free whiskey tasting, candle making , floral arranging . Sometimes free coffee and breakfast ! Beautiful sun sets
Just moved in and so far so good! The staff made move in a breeze! Love the water and coffee machines and can't wait to try the gym. All of the lights were fixed in our unit before we moved in as asked. We met a very nice neighbor. Could not be happier.

Very disappointed. Management completely lost control over tenants who are smoking In common areas, at the balconies and at the pool. It does not seem like any action ever taken against people who violate non-smoking policies. Many tenants take advantages of a lack of monitoring who visits the building, regularly bringing a bunch of guests. Please consider when making decision: completely random people who don’t live here will be happily enjoying amenities that you pay for, while smoking and consuming alcohol.

I have had a great experience so far. The leasing office was helpful with our unconventional start to the lease, and accommodating towards our requests upon move in. Everyone is very kind and says hello. The only issue we have had is setting up utilities, it has taken awhile.

So far so good! Very happy that the pool is open. Love the dog treats!! Thank you! The buildings are very clean and smell good. I’m happily surprised when I hear residents have lived here for years.

I have only lived here for a few days, and I really love it so far. Everyone is very nice and I feel like I am getting a high end experience. I really appreciate the the management’s team help, and even leaving us some cleaning supplies a note when moving in. I hope I stay here for a long time and looking forward to going to some events coming up

Only my 2nd day moved in and already my favorite apartment complex. Like living in paradise! Staff has been more than helpful and there is so much to do within a short walking distance
