The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Meridian Park
The new ownership at Meridian is already making a great community better here.
Very clean, great staff, and overall a great place to live. The amenities are top tier and it's so nice being within a neighborhood, while still having the amenities of an apartment complex.
I have lived in several apartments throughout Nashville, and nothing compares to Meridian Park. Very Quiet and well maintained. Lots of space and vey pet friendly! Community Manager Marc and staff very knowledgeable and welcoming. Maintenance has always been great communicating and professional.
This community is absolutely beautiful, and I can’t wait to move in this month! Thank you to Marc for taking the time to show me around and for making the place already feel like home. I’m especially looking forward to enjoying the pool next summer and taking my pup Rex to the pet spa!
Awesome staff and beautiful pool! Live the vibes!
The new management team is really engaged trying to improve the resident experience. Marc is extremely responsive and works hard to understand resident concerns and address them in anyway he can. I am really excited to see the attention RPM has put forth.
Meridian Park has been an amazing place to call home! The new management team is responsive, professional, and truly committed to making the community better every day. The property itself is beautiful, well-kept, and continues to improve, making it one of the best spots to live in East Nashville!!!
We have lived here for 18 months and have loved it! Very large one bedroom at this price is hard to come by in Nashville. The pool and other amenities can't be matched. Can't wait for the weather to warm up so i can spend some time at the pool!!!

It's wonderful to hear that you're enjoying your living experience with us, especially the spaciousness and our amenities. We're also looking forward to the warmer weather. Thank you for sharing your feedback!
If I could, I would not give this place any stars. This place has car break-ins and robberies almost every week. A resident's apartment on the 3rd floor was broken into and his TV among other items were stolen. Living alone I do not feel comfortable being on the property outside of my apartment after 7pm. Multiple trespassers have been seen with guns as well as shootings happening the street over. You can not even get legal involved to help break your lease because they have a statement that it is not the leasing companies responsibility for the resident's safety, seems that they knew they could be liable so they made this statement protecting themselves. Separate the alley from the complex, put up a gate, and have security monitoring the gate from 5pm-5am. Having patrol coming by 2 times a night and telling you to call non-emergency police instead of coming on property defeats the purpose.
This is the most unorganized place I have ever lived in. They were open for 11 months before opening their utilities. You’re water bill is $80 pr more each month when other local residents are paying max $30. You pay your water to the apartment and not to the water company so who knows where your money is actually going. There solution is that they don’t have one, they blame the city. Took multiple car break-ins before they hired patrol. They give you a rent credit but multiple people haven’t seen it or it isn’t as much as originally stated. Homeless people sleeping under steps of building. Dog poop throughout the property. Management only goes around the buildings when they are touring. Do not let them sell you on the fact that it’s a new apartment complex bc you will get stuck in a 15 month lease. Could be a red flag that they have been open 14 months and still have 20% or more vacancies
