Everyone I’ve met from the staff. Have been more than friendly and have been amazing at making me feel comfortable. The property is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic

Excellent amenities, fantastic neighbors, and the office staff is amazing! We love it here. Events happening at least 3 times per month. Our friends and family are welcome too. Plus anything you could possibly need, food, shopping, a park, doctors and even a hospital are all within one mile away. 5 Stars for a reason!

My moving experience was simply amazing everyone at the office was awesome so nice and welcoming they work with me as I transition from Wednesday to another it made everything so easy for me to do over the phone and in person so it was a great experience.

We moved in 4 months ago.Living here has been enjoyable. For apartment living it has been quiet. Because the stairways are open , when someone slams their door no matter what floor they are on you can hear it. Thankfully most times this occurs before 11 pm. The office staff and the maintainance crew are all very nice and seem to be happy in their work. Their happiness overflows to the residents. The staff plan community activities each month. Bingo and Paint 'n sip nights among our favorites.

Clean friendly and well kept. The grounds are very well maintained, the people are extremely friendly, and the apartment is well kept, spacious, and nice!

The Management team is very welcoming and full with amazing energy. Thank you for making my move easy. 2nd day I was here they had a paint & sip I would have never gone to any of things like this but they encourage me to go and I had an amazing time thank you again for being amazing team.

We are new. Staff are very nice and made the move in easy. The apartment was very clean and no mechanical issues were noted. We look forward to using the pool and grills next summer.

Lexie was very patient and very helpful with our move in any questions we had asked she was able to answer in a timely manner. Lexie always has a welcoming smile when we come in.

I love the community and the community involvement. It’s very serene and not far from everything necessity. Attention is needed inside of the apartments from a structural standpoint.

I can say for a first time lease tenant, these wonderful woman have set my expectations high! Alexis is my leasing consultant and the whole process with her has been so wonderful and welcoming for both my husband and I and our lovely Doggo, Ms Hazel. Anything we need, she or her fellow team helps us out.

The staff is great, and Maintenance guys are attentive. Nice landscape an and the dog parks are really nice. Overall community and neighbors are nice and caring.

Absolutely The Best Place To Live! Perfect to raise a family with many amenities that keep my family entertained and comfortable. I should have moved here sooner. Any need that I have is handled promptly without any hassle.

From the first visit you could sense that this place really cared about their residents. The community events, food trucks and pool parties really make living here feel so welcoming and inviting.

We have lived in this community for a few years, and we have loved it. The apartments themselves are really quiet - it's very rare we can hear our neighbors, much less at a volume that is bothersome. The current management team also does a lot to not only keep the neighborhood clean and a nice place to live, but also feel like a community. There are events each month that are free to all residents, like paint nights, BINGO with prizes, pool parties, etc. Plus they host food trucks pretty regularly, which has been a nice way to try out some local businesses. We've lived in other apartments all over the country, and this is the place where we feel most at home.

Great apartment and grounds. Appliances are up to date and include washer and dryer. Grounds are well maintained and they power wash the exterior to keep the complex clean and well maintained The balcony offers a great way to enjoy the outdoors in privacy. Great place to have your morning coffee. Never an issue with parking. The clubhouse offers a weight room plus a billiards room which my grandkids love when they visit.

Lexi in the front office is the best! Also maintenance is so good and always on top of things that need to be done. Very good amities for everyone to use at all times.

I have called Meridian Obici home for about 5 years, been through multiple property managers as well as staff and must say without a doubt that the current staff from Ms. Davis and her girls in the office all the way down to the maintenance staff is by far the best that I’ve experienced here. Any issue that I have had has been addressed and handled quickly and professionally. I’d highly recommend Meridian Obici to anyone looking for a clean and friendly environment to reside at.

Great place to stay, haven’t had one inconvenience, any maintenance taken care of quickly, highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay with great amenities

Let me use this opportunity to say thank you to the Meridian staff. They are doing a great with making its residents comfortable. I enjoy and appreciate the monthly community events that brings the neighbors out for fun while getting to know new members. Good job!

All is well! We are happy to be part of this community. Both Jill and Alexis were instrumental in getting us into an apartment. Alexis has been helpful multiple times. The staff is cheerful, professional and helpful. Our apartment is beautiful and comfortable.The only negative is there are no linen closets, not much pantry space and limited kitchen storage.I just had to get creative. We haven't used the pool yet but it is clean and inviting looking. We love that there are planned activities. Alfonzo the head of maintenance is fantastic. We had a small leak and our dishwasher wasn't working properly both items were quickly taken care of. For being a large complex " down town" ,it has been quiet. So far we are very happy that we moved here. Linda and John

Meridian Obici is everything i dreamed of as a home. My baby & i love our new place endlessly. The Amenities are great, Apartment is Spacious & luxury. I fell in love immediately!

The elevator has been on a service since the move my son is moving from New Jersey he is residing in the 4th floor management asked me if I could ask to movers to bring the furniture up the four flights of steps. I advise them they would charge extra so I am down here since June 14th without anything except the items that fit in the car. There was an incident where my daughter was bit by a wasp that had a nest on the balcony. Management took care of it as soon as I bought the issue to their attention. Unfortunately we still can't move my sons stuff down sleeping on the floor and gave in and purchased a blow up mattress. Otherwise I would say staff is wonderful Jill and Alexis have tried to accommodate to the best of their capabilities. Disappointing the elevator still not working had nothing to do management they did mention that the storm that happened a couple of nights ago with the lightning caused the issue with the elevator. July's rents due and no compensation

I’ve enjoyed my time here, the reason for 3 stars is making do to the fact that I have been woken up numerous times from the fire alarm going off at 11pm-4am on work nights. It also was hard to ever get ahold of anyone in the office

apartment is lovely! It’s well-designed, cozy, and has such a great vibe. I really enjoyed the natural light in the rooms. Management is arranging party for residents all over the months, food truck and property managers are very nice and friendly

Love the quietness, the community is clean ! I love the area that it is in Easy to commute to the highway The apartments are spacious. I really hope I enjoy my stay here as I am already very happy about my overall experience with the place

The complex is nice and quiet. It is nice they have an elevator making the move very easy. The interiors are very well maintained and very clean.

Staff is awesome! Friendly community! Great location to stores, park, restaurants and hospital! Love it here...amenities are wonderful. Gym is all you need, clubhouse pool table and there is a huge fire pit next to the pool! Hello

So far everything has been great the staff Andrea has been more than helpful. My apartment was very clean when moved in and the community is amazing

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made my move as seamless as possible. They answered all my questions and made sure I was going to have everything I needed to move in with my daughter.

Love how, when you need things fixed it’s not a long wait. My concerns though will we have the buildings swept up. For the price we need to make sure every floor is cleaned from the leaves and bugs

Clean and nice apartment. Close to grocery stores. Quite neighborhood. Close to downtown. Helpful management agents. Clean ambience and no trash on sidewalk.

I love the monthly community activities. My granddaughter loved the arts and crafts for the kids There is something for everybody to enjoy Great way to get to know your neighbors.

I love Meridian Obici! It’s so quiet and peaceful here, it’s in the perfect location for me, and dogs are allowed :). I appreciate the time office staff takes to plan and create fun activities for the residents.

Is a very peaceful place to live in.. my children love the environment the ladies at the office! The convenience of having a gym and a pool makes the whole living experience a dream I’m grateful to be able to live here!!

Everyone is so nice, and everything is so quiet. It's a peaceful atmosphere to come home to. The location is very central to Suffolk. Everything is just a few minutes away. The staff is pleasant and kind. Absolutely no issues.

Very nice place especially for a new apartment… had a couple hiccups in terms of paperwork but otherwise was very accommodating to the mistakes and we’re fixed in a timely manner.

Everyone very friendly and helpful for this not so tech savvy older women. Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. I was able to look at the apartment, apply, get approved, sign the lease and move in all within a week! That’s good organization. Thank you!!

A wonderful place to raise a family in a friendly community. The amenities are perfect for any family gathering, with two gas grills that are available year around for great nights with friends and family.

When I need anything fixed maintenance is usually on point. I enjoy how we had the contest for our balconies, maybe next Christmas I’ll win!!

Wouldn't recommend. Rent raised without prper notice. Property Management refuses to speak to me and send one of the leasing consultants to communicate with me even when I'm in the office.

I've had a fantastic experience living here! The attention and service from everyoje are exceptional. Whenever I had questions or needed help, they were always there to assist me promptly and professionally. The community is well-maintained, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great living experience!

Place is nice. People are wonderful. The water doesn’t get hot enough for me. The food trucks are a good idea. The yard sale is great too. Thanks for having me here

I have been through 3 management companies since I have resided here and the current one has to be the worst yet. For a property that isn’t even 10 years old you would think they would some kind of control over the appearance of the property, there is a trash compactor on site for waste disposal but the side of the building that houses the compactor has become a community DUMP site that is a complete eye sore to say the least and then you have residents that choose to just place their bags of trash in the breezeway with hopes that it gets picked up by someone and disposed of, otherwise the trash just sits there. There are more attractive apartment communities to choose from in the immediate area, as this one has appeared to go downhill in the last year or so, if I could break my lease without penalty I would break it without hesitation, if your looking for a clean property to reside in, look elsewhere

I love it here!!! It’s a nice friendly community that allows my pets and has great amenities. They occasionally bring food trucks and host nice pool parties and community activities.

As a resident Meridian Obici, I have seen its ups and downs over the years with the past and present administration. However this present administration is showing much improvement with the up keep of the premises. I enjoy the community communion with the bingo nights and pool parties. This is a great way of getting to know our neighbors. I would love for administration to allow the residents to use the fire place and grill area after 8Pm.

Love our little community. Pool is amazing. People are great. Workers too. Fun and games as well for the community to meet and greet. Food trucks on occasion. Bingo in the office once a month with neighbors and staff. The best thing are the elevators if you live on the 4th floor

The grounds are not kept up for a luxurious apartment complex that is advertised. The grass is either way to high or you are walking through wet grass clumps every where . Jill is super sweet and is very attentive anytime I come into the office. Lexy is very sweet as well. They really do their best to make sure that you feel like thus is your home.

Living here has been a nightmare! It is infested with cockroaches and management does not care! I have been seeing big roaches on almost a daily basis recently. I have requested pest control and they said they won't arrange for an exterminator to come for whole month!!! I can't sleep because whenever I look around there are roaches crawling up the walls. Disgusting and deceptive! It's basically uninhabitable - I can't wait to move out :(
