The office staff is incredibly kind, helpful, informative, and professional. The maintenance team is very trustworthy and respectful! I've lived at Meridian Harbourview since 2014 and I love it. Any and all issues are handled promptly! If you are looking for that home feeling then this is the place for you.

The staff here are some of the most helpful and friendly I have ever met. They always respond quickly and organize nice events for the people who live here. Apartments are spacious and have excellent amenities!

I asked for the "corporate" contact to reach out to them directly and she has not provided any response. I am very disappointed with management--they really need customer service training. They are not promoting a positive/welcoming home experience for residents.

I live and work out of state and my project is in the area. My company pays a daily per diem that covers all living expenses. I pay my bills on-time & maintain an excellent credit score. I hate being late on anything. I setup bill-pay through my bank. Rent is due by the 5th, which I fully understood. Before Thanksgiving, I requested my bank to pay the Merididan Harbourview apartments rent for my 2-bedroom apartment by the 5th of December. This is my second month living in the apartment complex and for whatever reason, my monthly rent payment did not make it to the management person that I had been working with all along. On December 6, I received an email from this individual informing me that I now own and additional $180, plus threats of additional attorney fees and possible eviction. I immediately picked up the phone and called this individual and she was as cold as a penguin on ice! I contacted my bank & explained the ridiculious late fee. My bank took full responsibility and attempted several times to contact this individual with no response from her. Dec. 8th, I setup a 3-way call to resolve the issue. Paid on website. Extreme penalty fee of $180 and all the threats associated with the attorney fees and threat of eviction. I received an another email from this lady stating that the request to remove the late fee was denied. I wonder if she even presented to the management team or not. I highly doubt it as she was so cold about the situation. You know, life does happen to people that they have no control over. Where was an ounce of compassion and understanding that my bank is out of state and was delayed or lost in the mail? A simple call to reach out to me and say, sir, we haven't received your rent payment. I would have immediately addressed this situation to resolve this issue with payment. Even if it would have been through my credit card until this matter could have been sorted out. My last overall assessment of the apartment complex is that there are excessive pigeon poop on stairs, security lights inside each building in stairs are not replaced promptly and was told that they have to order these lights, consider if you have anyone living above you that they do not have heavy foot steps, walls are thin and security gate is slow to open and has an annoying beeping each and every time someone comes in or out.

Poor service overall. They do not make repairs to units in a timely manner. I have been waiting for a door repair for months. It takes repeated attempts to even get them to come look at maintenance requests. Problems with cable and internet and you must use their provider. They don't recycle.

We have lived here for about a year now and we absolutely love it. Since the first time we saw the apartments from the highway to us renewing our lease, the experience here has been more than great. The staff is super friendly and so helpful all the time, its like a little family. The quality and space of the apartments just makes living here feel like a vacation. Every time we drive home we say "we really love where we live". Being able to have a car wash station right on the premises its so convenient. Also, the area is growing but not in a bad way of over construction. We have the movie theather, reataurants and healthcare providers all wothing walking distance(I've walked to all those). Moving here is the best desicion we have made.

Meridian harbourview luxury apartments They are almost two years old. We have found wonderful friends here. It's a great mix of ages. Everyone gathers at the pool for Amusing times. a thousand miles from home but with the aquatints here and the staff it feels like home. This says a lot coming from the Deep South. Our little home place even has fences surrounding the grounds. The food it's just around the corner, shopping or eating out its here. I forgot we have a state of the art movie house down the way also. If your close come see us.

When you pull up to Meridian Harbourview you are first impressed because of how new the building is. It looks like a luxurious apartment complex compared to most of the other apartment buildings in Suffolk. However, once you move in you realize the quality of the place leaves so much to be desired. In the 11 months we lived at this property, we experienced the following problems: 1) broken dishwasher (took a week to fix), 2) Front door wouldn't lock (never was fixed), 3) our guest bedroom would experience a power outage unless you kept something plugged into one of the sockets in that room (never was fixed). Add this to the ridiculous hours for the pool and grill (they close around 5 or 6pm) so that they are never really eligible to be used if you work a normal job. Overall, it makes this place a terrible place to live. The challenge is, there aren't many other options in Suffolk in terms of apartments. However, our advice would be find something in Norfolk or Old Town Portsmouth and make the drive. Its worth it to drive an extra 15-20 minutes to not live in places like these.

I've only been here for a month and it's just wonderful. When I first came to look at the model I just knew I was going to love. The appliances are up to date. There are few things the staff should look into and that's providing a dog park so the little guys can run around. Other than that no complaints. The complex is very quiet and I feel safe coming and going throughout the day and night.

The Meridian Harbour View, is a great apartment. The area is up and coming area with shopping, movie theater, grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance. The mall is 5 miles or less away. With a pool, outdoor kitchen, firepit for entertaining and a gym, theater room and racket ball court who needs to leave. On did I mention it's a gated community. Only downside is parking is not enough of, I believe the builders did not take in consideration the parking spaces needed per unit. Other then that I've enjoyed living in The Meridian.

I LOVE MY APARTMENT!! GREAT AMENITIES INCLUDING 24 HOUR CARDIO WELLNESS CENTER AND SWIMMING POOL AND CABANA WITH A FIREPIT. BEST PLACE TO REST YOUR HEAD.

My husband and I moved here one year ago, we were looking to downsized and found our perfect new home. The grounds are beautiful, we love the pool area with the fire pit and sitting area. We always have that "Are we home or on vacation in the Outer Banks,NC ?"feeling. The surrounding area is growing rapidly and offers us so many places to shop and eat. We even have convinced my in-laws to sell their place and move closer to us. Our staff is also so much fun, they plan game nights and events regularly for residences to meet and greet.
