Lee’s Summit is a medium-sized suburban community just outside the southwest corner of Kansas City. The downtown area in the center of Lee’s Summit is an attractive retail district full of locally-owned specialty shops, restaurants, and nightlife venues housed in historic buildings. The city has developed a healthy tourism sector with many cultural and natural attractions all around, including the Longview Mansion, Missouri Town 1855, Powell Gardens, and the enormous Fleming Park.
The local schools perform exceptionally well, and the crime rate is well below the state and national averages. Lee’s Summit is a great place for commuters to find houses and apartments, with the drive into Kansas City only being around thirty minutes (Amtrak service between the cities is available as well, although the trip takes about an hour).

Meridian is great! Everything is high end and the staff are very friendly. Nice clean pool with a large deck for sunbathing. The gym is nice and always clean, and plenty of space for walks. Also love the bonus amenities like a movie theater room, red light therapy room, and common area with tabletop shuffleboard all for free! Definitely a blessing to be living here!!

So far, living in Meridian has been peaceful and seamless. The building is unkept on a regular basis, (while slow responsive to y requests) maintenance is friendly and efficient when they finally show up. The amenities are well kept. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the gym.

The constant dog barking ruins this place.The grounds are kept up nicely. Painters hired are awful. There are too many petty rules. The location is close to highways.

Quiet and modern amenities. Trash service is expensive, unreliable and can often pile up in front of compactor (if more dumpers within community it may alleviate the problem). Positive experience with staff and management. Overall, a happy place to live :)

The staff and maintenance people have been absolutely amazing to work with! Great availability and quick answers have made everything a breeze and they couldn’t be better at what they do!! The apartments are high end and very comfortable to live in. Amenities are amazing and beyond what I expected. 5 stars from me for sure!

I really love my apartment space. Don’t love that I got a warning for my dogs barking but I can hear my upstairs neighbor every second of every day. Also don’t love the lack of parking spaces & garages. There are more units than parking spaces & garages available within a reasonable walking distance. Nice amenities and the maintenance staff is very nice & does a good job. Some of the property management treats people like micromanagers. It’s not perfect like any place but it’s decent and clean. As long as they stop raising the rent for current tenants while still leasing the same unit layouts to new people for less, then they can build a community.

Move in was great. Really welcoming community. Lot's of space in the apartments and modern feel. Located in a safe area with golf course view's and real close to downtwon Lee's Summit.

I have lived in these apartments for over a year and a half. My experience has been great. The staff are all very helpful and available whenever I’ve needed them. The maintenance staff as well have always been available and helpful and fixed. Anything I’ve needed fixed in a very timely manner, I feel very safe in these apartments

Run do not walk! New management is horrible. Manager and front office staff does not take well to a person's concerns. Downstairs neighbor was making noise at 6am. We were told "well you do live in an apartment". Dog poop all over the property. Only nice people are the maintenance men!
