I love living at the Meridian! Everyone is friendly and neighborly. I have no complains. The apartments are new and very beautiful. I love the way theyre set up and easily made into a home. I am in my second year living at Meridian at Broad Street Market and absolutely love it. It's been a safe location for me and my son, and there is plenty great amenities and events to enjoy! The office and maintenance team are always swift to respond to any correspondence. I have family members who also live at the community and we have all had a positive experience. You also can't beat the location with a grocery store just a jump away and many other stores, restaurants, etc nearby. I don't have a lot of good to say regarding interaction with staff. The apartment complex itself is quite nice and I very much feel at home and safe here. I have been extremely impressed with the overall appearance and feel at Meridian at Broad Street. Having never lived in an apartment before, I was a bit skeptical about a few things. So far not impressed . Towing your car when there are plenty of parking spaces is unjustifiable. Was towed d/t no sticker on car ,! 52 yo nurse who simply forgot the importance of sticker.

The amenities and overall property are nice and appealing, but my fellow neighbors are very loud and disruptive. I’m on the top floor, so I avoid hearing noise above me, but my neighbors always slam their doors! My neighbors across the hallway are so rude and loud all the time. They slam their door, their children always pound up the stairs, and they have social gatherings in the hallway. I’ve complained to the office and filed a noise complaint with the FVPD, but nothing’s changed. I miss living in a house. I don’t have to deal with these tacky people.

Have been here almost a year. Love the apt. and the amenities. Staff is great and maintenance is very timely. We are moving because the walls are paper thin. We have had an ongoing problem with tenants above being very noisy very late at night, playing music and loud voices well after midnight. We have had to resort to banging on the ceiling 3x just this week alone. To compound the problem management offers no support. We are moving to The Retreat where we have been assured there is a noise policy in place.

This apartment is safe and full of conveniences. It's very family-friendly, the pool area is great, the 24 workout center is accessible, and the car/dog wash station is nice when it counts. My wife and I would highly recommend living here.

Beautiful apartments in a convenient, central location. Easy access to major roads and many practical amenities in complex that make living in a rapidly growing town simple and convenient. Staff is responsive and very considerate of our privacy and needs. The club house is amazing, full of games, a kitchen set up, amazing pool and outdoor rec area, perfect sized gym, and beautifully designed lounge
The apartment is very competitively priced and excels in overall quality and appearance.
The staff at Meridian at Broad street go to great lengths to make sure any issues Ive come across were resolved. I Love My New HOME!!!
