Meridan Apartments is the BEST!
I was so impressed from the get go, and I can't say enough great things about Lindy, the office Community Manager! Lindy was the absolutely the Best!! Lindy was so helpful & kind to my mom, as well as on-top of everything that we needed to know to make the paperwork and move in process seamless! Thank you, Lindy! I would highly recommend Meridan Apartments to any senior citizen looking for a great place to live, and call home!

Great place to spend your senior years
I've lived at the Meridian Apts for six years. I've been through the normal maintenance issues along with three hurricanes. In each occurrence my issues were resolved quickly and satisfactorily thanks to the management team of Susan and Silvana. Recently the entire building is being renovated including all apts which includes floors, hurricane windows, appliances and light fixtures. If you are a senior and looking for a quiet, safe, brand new place to live at reasonable rent this is the place. JC

kind generous neighbors ,with an unbeatable location for seniors and family ,great food fun and shopping close to many churches in Hollywood, the community loves .. the staff is the most reasonable of any ,always open door policy during business hours and works diligently with tennants to keep things running smooth and orderly. cares about each person, so proud to call Meridian home.
