The community is very quite and they have a police offer who lives on site so its always felt very safe. 3rd year living here and i love it

The staff at Mercury Cove is wonderful, everyone is friendly and helpful. Maintenance comes fast when there is a problem and the amenities are great.

We are very happy with our choice to move to Mercury Cove Apartments.From the staff, Amenities, and location ,We made the best decision calling this place home.

I've been living at Mercury Cove Apartments for about 3 years and I just adore it .My 2 bedroom apartment is just the perfect size .Both of my bedrooms fit all of my furniture so nicely. The layout is very modern and open. Big shout out to the maintenance crew always so quick to respond to my requests. If you're considering Mercury cove Apartments, I cant recommend it enough .

I recently moved in my 2 bedroom apartment in Mercury Cove ,and I could not be happier!The amenities are fantastic, especially the Pool and Gym.The location is close to dining and shopping .The management team is very responsive and friendly,Overall,I highly recommend Mercury Cove Apartments for anyone looking for a great living environment .

I moved here recently from up north with my 2 kids and we are loving it .The staff is on top of things making sure the property is in great shape I appreciate that I have lived in apartments before where everything was falling apart and nobody cared so I am very happy .My kids love that there are others to play with truly happy with my decision to move here .

I am enjoying living in Mercury Cove apartments I have been here about 8 months now.Staff is super friendly ,Property is so well taken care of and there is a pool what more can you need for your Florida lifestyle

This place has gone down hill after a change of management. Maintenance steals from apartments, they dont actually follow up on anything that needs to be fixed, and the office is not responsive. spend a few extra bucks elsewhere.

Hello, I live in MErcury Cove APts I cant say enough good about this place. I am an implant from up north and not knowing this area I was kind of in the blind coming here . I only knew that Palm Bay wasn’t know for being a great area , but it was where I needed to be for my job. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. The complex is kept extremely clean with 2 to 3 Maintance men there 6 days a week. If there is every an issue in your apt it it handled almost immediately . The office staff is very friendly and helpful with any issue you May have . I know people complain about children but this is a family community ! I think children issues meaning noise or kids running around would be anywhere . I am very happy here and would recommend it to anyone .

If you are looking for somewhere to live DO NOT move here!!!!!!! They are doing construction that begins at between 5:30am and 7am with dump trucks idling until they start dumping, incessant beeping, banging, BUILDING SHAKING for hours.....I don't even live in the complex and I have to deal with that crap everyday. If I had known the whole time I would be living here, it was going to be filled with this NOISY, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE construction, that they also do on the weekends so you get almost 7 days of mind numbing construction noise from the crack of dawn until sun down. Who builds in a complex that has been built for years? Pretty sure the tenants of Mercury Cove are just loving it! Who would sign a lease knowing they had all this going to be going on for MONTHS? Not everyone works 8am-5pm, some people have to sleep during the day, SO RUDE and greedy. And nice how you don't post negative reviews because this isn't my first "review" of your lousy apartments!! I hope the people who live there get a break on their rent for every month they are assaulting people with this crappy construction. There has got to be city ordinances about what time they can start annoying people, it needs to be after 8m. NO one likes waking up to their home shaking and rattling, and no one wants to hear and smell idling dump trucks for 2 hours while they wait to dump their loads or pick up, who knows who cares!! I just want it to stop. NO consideration for anyone, "lets add more apartments because we can make a lot more money, who cares the people living there and the surrounding neighborhoods are being completely disrupted by your need to make more money. You people suck and pass it on to the people who are actually in charge of this complex and ongoing construction.
