What an experience! From the time you enter the community is very impressive! The grounds are well manicured, and spacious! The office staff is friendly, helpful and everything you would expect for students going through the leasing process. The clubhouse is top notch, tons of amenities, from the café, to the game room, study rooms, computer area and work out gym. Outside offers pool, hot tub, lots of gathering areas, BBQ's, volleyball and more. There is a bus, offered only for this complex direct to the university, bike racks, community events, soo much to list! This is everything a student would want and the type of social interaction this generation needs! Not to mention the apartments are perfect, high end, and have options depending on each persons needs. The list of so many unlimited amenities is overly generous for the price of these apartments!

I really like living here! It is quite for the most part, the staff is super nice, the study rooms and other areas in the clubhouse are nice and clean, and my room is very spacious!

I recently moved into Merced station and have had a fantastic experience so far. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, cozy, and well-maintained and the layout is perfect for students. One of the best things about this place is the closeness to UC Merced. The management and maintenance team are easy to talk to. Whenever I’ve had a request, they’ve addressed it promptly and professionally. It really makes a difference to live in a place where the staff cares about residents. The location is another huge plus! It’s close to UC Merced and is down the street from the Promenade and Sprouts making daily life super convenient.

I have enjoyed living here for the past year, very nice place for students to live, study, and workout. As a student the shuttle here has been very useful to get to the UC Merced Campus. The staff are friendly and issues are resolved quickly .

Lots of amenities and very new! The rooms are spacious regardless of which room you get. Some programs allow for more flexibility if you cannot pay upfront.

I feel like staff doesn’t really care about the issues that residents have. They charge so much only to mistreat people. They also seem to be cutting a lot of costs.

excellent, convenient and close to UC Merced. it is easy to commune to the university, either by driving, or taking the shuttle bus, if you like it, you can walk to the university.

Overall good experience so far. there are good ammenties and everthing is provided quite nicely. I like using the gym and the station bus as it provides a good way to get to campus.

The station has been an amazing place to live at for any student. Nicole, the Leasing Manager, has been nothing short of amazing since I've been here. The events that they host are unique, fun, and engaging. The events allow for people to interact with not only leasing staff, but also other residents.

Great move in experience. D1 is pretty cool. Lots of space. The process was easy. The lease crew was fun to work with. Mario made the move in process easy. Maintenance took care of a few things very quickly.

Great environment, the staff is awesome, it’s a very welcoming community, and they do events so we can all connect. The club house and the outdoor they have everything one would need in order to disconnect and enjoy themselves. Super cool place to live at!

Ever one at the office is Great. They are so helpful and kind. They are always welcoming to help you with a smile. when I go in for help their arms are open. They don’t make me feel like I’m 70 years old.

It’s very good. The showers are warm, the beds are soft, the rooms are clean, and the kitchen is functional. It’s a new relief from the cramped dorms up on campus.

I love this complex. the rooms are extremely spacious and the kitchen is beautiful! I’m also glad they have a pool and gym so i don’t have to waste gas or more money finding places to go!

I love living here. As a college student, it's definitely more affordable then living in the dorm. The space is much bigger and you get to have your own bathroom as well. There's also so many things to do so you're never bored. You have access to the gym 24/7 and the pool hours are great. There's also lots of events for residents to feel like a true community. And transportation shouldn't be an issue since residents have access to a shuttle that takes you from and to the University. Overall great place to live. I'm definitely living here for the remaining time at UC Merced University.

Nice neighborhood and not much trouble. Interior designs are good but bathroom has no lock. Can easily contact for support and they will have someone come fix it immediately.

Its pretty good. I like having my own kitchen and washer/dryer The only thing i have problems with is the shuttle schedule. Often have classes that go after the shuttle ends.

Living in my current residence has been a great experience, primarily because it’s very comfortable and conveniently located. One of the major advantages is that it’s very close to UC Merced, which makes commuting to campus extremely easy and efficient. The short distance saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on longer drives, allowing me to focus more on my studies and other activities. The comfortable environment at home creates a perfect balance between academics and relaxation, making it an ideal place to live while attending university. Whether it's early morning classes or late evening study sessions, I can easily manage my schedule without the stress of a lengthy commute. Pretty calm and chill place to live at so far it's been a fairly positive experience. There are lots of amenities that are available for residents to use and its definitely worth it.

Honestly I was pretty disappointed with how the station handles issues such as security and issues with the building but gotta say the maintenance team is the nicest and efficient people.

Merced Station has everything I need as an off campus apartment, gym, pool table, swimming pool, ping-pong table, basketball court, ... I enjoy my stay here.

It's in the middle. There are some bad part but there are also good part. One of the bad part is that walking to your apartment the walk way is really dirty.

Floor plans are nice, everythings well kept. Amenities are nice, just wish the gym had some better equipment. The bus schedule this year is also not the best.

First time moving out and yet I feel immediately comfortable when moving in to Merced Station. They have everything I need from the amenities to the unit itself. My experience as a resident so far is amazing. I love how at home and modern the living it is. As now I am a resident I feel like I’m actually adulting. Having your own space can be very peaceful and nice when needing to study or just to relax. As a resident I loved how sweet and kind the people at the office were. They made me feel extremely welcomed and I’m very happy with choosing to be a resident here.

It honestly has everything someone would need and enjoy as long as you take advantage of it. You have clubhouse with games, a theater, study rooms and a fitness room. Then you have the pool, hot tub, outside grills, volleyball net, and basketball court. It’s a nice place to meet people and pet friendly. A nice community.

The community in Merced is fantastic. The facilities are excellent, making it a great place for living, studying, and entertainment. The only improvement needed is the noise level for those living in the buildings near Yosemite Ave., as the traffic noise can be quite disruptive.

living here was an amazing experience I had a D1 and I really enjoyed my roommates and all the amenities. I was able to meet so many new people that lived here and close to campus

Ok so far. Ground floor so lots of bugs but overall pretty decent. The gym has no wipes to wipe down equipment but otherwise kept in decent condition and is open 24/7. Staff seem nice and open to answering questions. Apparently you cant really pay your bill until the first of each month or schedule it in advance and 3 days later you get a 50$ late fee so... Dont miss that opening. I tried setting up autopay but the website is bugged.

Nice apartment complex, but walls are very thin, & there are community utility charges. Additionally, covered parking is $75 monthly. Expect to pay $100 extra, monthly, aside from rent.

It’s honestly very nice here. The apartment is spacious, the balcony is a nice add on as well. I love the pool and gym, they are both very nice and clean. Staff is wonderful and they make sure all packages are safe and you stay safe.
