Less than ten miles south of Portland along the Willamette River, Lake Oswego is suburban community characterized by lush greenery and a first-rate personality all its own. The local school district has been recognized as among the best in the nation, the crime rate is low, and the League of American Bicyclists has named Lake Oswego one of the most bike-friendly communities in Oregon (which is saying something).
The lake itself is surrounded by gorgeous homes and old-growth evergreens, and large parks and nature preserves are never far away. The area closer to the river is a nice mix of homes and small businesses (cafes, shops, nightlife) in a highly walkable configuration, and trolley service to Portland is available from the Oak Grove Station on State Street.

We have lived at MercatoGrove for nearly a year. Only a few minor maintenance issues have arisen and handled rapidly and competently. We love the neighborhood. Quiet, but close to many businesses. Great for walking the dog.

Mercato Grove is n exceptional Residential Community. The amenities are lovely, the location is exceptional, the apartments are modern and with high end appliances, and fixtures. The cleaning staff keeps the facility immaculate. The Management team and Maintenance Crew are exceptionally courteous, concerned and helpful. The grounds and landscaping are exceptional, making walks such a pleasure! it is a wonderful bonus having the Apartment Complex being Dog Friendly! Mercato Grove is an absolutely wonderful place to live! The Staff members are o helpful and caring, and the apartment and amenities are simply gorgeous. The location is superb, as it is centrally located to so many other communities shopping, medical care..... and other residents have become friends and such friendly acquaintances during my stay here. The landscaping is so beautiful! I walk often and it is such a pleasure to be surrounded by such gorgeous Flower Gardens. The General Manager, the Maintenance Crew, the Cleaning Woman, and the Front Desk Receptionists are ALL so helpful, friendly, and concerned with helping the Residents in every way they can.

The staff is tremendous; each person is eager to serve, assist, meet the Residents' needs, and maintain the apartments and lobby, etc. The amenities are spectacular, and the location is ideal! My individual apartment is so lovely with it's high end finishes and large, nearly floor to ceiling windows and gorgeous appliances.

Mercado Grove is an exceptional Residence. The staff employees are wonderful, approachable, eager to assist. The amenities are so numerous and beautiful. The careful design/ planning has provided for nearly every need or pastime. The apartment is spacious, bright with natural light and reveals many gorgeous high end finishes. The dog friendly environment has been such a blessing! The covered parking is secure and so convenient The close proximity to shops, freeways, pharmacy, coffee shop, Deli, grocery stores and surrounding communities is so wonderful!

It's a beautiful property and the location can't be beat. Security is amazing! The staff are all very nice, friendly and responsive. The only downsides were the stinky and messy trash rooms, and the expense: rent is high, and utilities are high - for example, water gets equally distributed among tenants. My husband and I love Mercato Grove! The team is amazing and quick to respond to phone calls and requests. The common areas are always clean and/or being cleaned. Our apartment is spacious, with quality fixtures and flooring and our neighbors are kind and respectful. We’d definitely recommend Mercato Grove to anyone and are planning to renew for a second year!

Love love love this building and the community! I’ve been here a little over a month and I’ve met some amazing people. The girls in the leasing office, Shaye and Ely are amazing! Shaye helped with my move and she goes over and beyond. She’s a gem. Come to Mercato Grove!

Mercato Grove is a very modern, comfortable, luxurious community in one of the most beautiful areas of Lake Oswego with access to excellent restaurants within the community and walking distance to many others in downtown lake oswego
