Property Ratings at Mequon Reserve
We have really enjoyed our time living here. Becky, the property manager, is absolutely fantastic. The amenities and technology they use are impressive as well...these are smart apartments for sure. They do a great job having community events, and the apartment's location is excellent. Plenty of nearby restaurant choices with the Public Market and others so close by. We are very thankful we stumbled across this place in our apartment search last year!
My experience living here has been great. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The apartment complexes staff is pleasant and courteous. It's a great area to live in and enjoy the oversized balcony.
I was impressed by the tall 10’ ceiling and 8’ doors when touring this complex, make the space feel much larger. Manager has been helpful and was able to do the lease signing electronically since I moved here from out of state.
The Reserve has such a nice and friendly community and provides wonderful amenities. Since my husband and I moved in, we have always been greeted with welcoming smiles by management and neighbors. Management is prompt in ensuring any and all needs are met. We are very happy with our time so far at The Reserve!
I’ve lived at the Reserve for a year now and absolutely love it. The management and maintenance staff are top notch and very responsive to my requests. Everything is taken care of for me and the pool / community room is such a benefit. Apartments are lovely - I’m staying!
