no contact to leasing office at all. I called a few days nobody got back to me. don't waste your time
A great place to call home from the office manager Maria to the property manager Kristina they are the nicest, most understanding and accommodating management team I've ever done business with. I love my back patio it's so secluded and peaceful. The grounds are kept neat and tidy. The laundry room makes it super convenient for a full time employed individual to do their laundry. Everyone in my complex is so friendly and neighborly and I'm glad I made the choice to call the Floridian apartments my home. Thanks...***Julie***
It's ok but could need improvements to a lot of things. Not spacious enough for three people. The maintenance crew consist of one person and the apartment complex needs clean daily not once a month
