The apartments are disgusting and filled with roaches.
The townhouse is infested with roaches. It has been weeks since requesting pest control yet nothing has been done about it.
The apartment I live in is currently has hundreds of roaches. I kill about 4 a day and they keep coming back. Its very nasyy
As the parent of an international student I have always found the management extremely helpful and supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend Melbourne Commons.
I lived here for two years. The apartment and environment is nice, but management is AWFUL. First of all, it was very difficult to get them to come fulfill a service order; it took as long as two weeks (with several phone calls) to get them to respond. And when they eventually did show up, they always failed to fix the problem or even broke something else. Came to fix the sink? Started leaking again 3 days later. Came to fix my fan? Broke my ceiling light. Only reason I stayed here for 2 years was the proximity to Florida Tech campus.
