Mediterra Apartment Homes

Have a toxic music player directly above me and blasts music every single morning at 630 waking me up. Management has not done a single thing to mitigate the issue. Hopefully if you move here you won’t get a tenant like the one above me. Avoid Mediterra.

I've lived at Mediterra for a year in a 2 bdrm, 2 bath apartment on the 1st floor. The layout and size is fantastic and I love the walk-in closets in both bedrooms, the spacious size of the bedrooms, the built-in office space (since I work from home) and the oversized garage. There is enough space to move around, yet it isn't so big that it's a chore to keep clean. Open concept kitchen/living room/dining room makes it easy to stay connected with your guests when entertaining. The grounds are very well maintained by the friendly crew and maintenance requests are responded to in a very timely manner. The light from the numerous windows helps to keep the apartment cheery, and the on-site management staff is very courteous and efficient. They make you feel very welcomed. After selling my home I decided to see what apartment living was like. Mediterra has turned out to be the perfect choice as the first step in downsizing. My dogs have been very happy here, too. The grounds are beautiful and I especially enjoy that there are sidewalks throughout the complex on which I can take them for walks. If I had any wish for additional amenities, it would be to have an enclosed yard for them to play in.

These apartments are like living in a home! They are not industrial like a lot of other places I toured before moving in. They all have full size washer and dryers that are INSIDE the apartment. Not stackable ones on the patio like you see at a lot of places. They just added a whole new seating area with a fireplace and flat screen TV. It's like living at a resort! Even the staff is amazing, the grounds crew is very nice and always helpful, and they quickly answer any maintenance calls. The management is second to none, they are incredibly friendly and quick to help out.

Excellent apartment complex. Staff is very nice and attentive. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Two great pools that are kept up daily. I definitely recommend this complex.

We have lived at Mediterra Apartments for over five years, if you like that open space, airy feeling this place is great, lots of windows, large master bathroom with walk in closet, ceiling fans in every room. Living upstairs I love the fact the stairs are inside. This complex is surrounded by mountains, a variety of trees, some bearing fruit, and flowers, it makes for a beautiful setting, the main pool boast fire pits,cabanas, and an additional childrens pool, trash valet is included which is nice because you don't have several trash bins throughout the complex, just 1 trash compactor, work orders for maintaining the apartments are completed in a timely manner, just sitting between Indio and Palm Desert, this complex is close to the I-10 freeway, schools, parks, and lots of shops, this place is ideal, quite and peaceful, its an enjoyable place to live.

the apartments are ok, but the manager and the asistens, are care less about the renters, they only want the money and if you leave the place, you have to leave everything perfect o the charge you for every little thing, and they don't take any arguments, if you refuse to pay they send you to collection right away,,, nice place but terrible management

This apartment community offers everything that you could ask for. There are employees that are always helpful, fun events every month,the lobby offers free items everyday for residents to enjoy, a 24 hour gym, 2 spacious pools, and the inside of these apartments are just wonderful. When you drive by these apartment homes you can help but say, "wow those look like a nice place to live," and I know this because that's exactly how I ended up living here and I couldn't be any happier to live in such a close and safe community.
