This is a great place to live! It is well maintained and the management works hard to improve the property. It is clean and quiet. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Great location, too!

I lived in Media Station Apartments for two years and highly recommend it! My apartment was quiet and clean and neighbors were all respectful. Management was always friendly and responsive. I experienced very few maintenance issues, but when I submitted a request, they were always taken care of in a day. The complex is walking distance from downtown Media, but located in a peaceful area. Overall, it is a wonderful community in which to live!
Unfortunately media station apartments while on the surface level appeared as a nice and safe apartment complex the individuals who run the complex are unaccomadating, rude and nearly nonexistent. If you have any type of maintenance issue they won't show up until 2 or 3 weeks later to address it and may bill you. The pool is also left unkept and dirty which can be a safety hazard to any family or friend visiting. It's unfortunate for such a nice town that an apartment complex is so poorly run.

Hi Nick, perhaps you are talking about a different property as we don't have you registered as a current or past resident. If you could please correct your review as it doesn't reflect who we are at all, that would be great. You could also provide us with your direct contact number and we'd be happy to address your concerns. Thank you! We follow all public bathing regulations required by the township. We also hire a pool company that maintains the pool water. Plus, we have onsite staff that maintains the pool 7 days a week. We also have a 3rd party company that collects water samples and sends them to the lab, whereas results of the water report are sent to the township according to the following regulation: "Water test samples collected from all public bathing places shall be conducted by a laboratory certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP). Bacteriological quality must be monitored once each week when the public bathing place is in operation. All sample analyses must be performed by a laboratory certified by the Commonwealth in accordance with the provisions of 25 PA Code Chapter 109 “Pennsylvania Safe Drinking Water”." We are very proud of our maintenance department as they work diligently to address every work order promptly. If a part is required, for example, we will notify the tenant of the order and the time we are expected to receive the part before we can finish the open work order. In some cases it may take some time to receive the part. Otherwise, most maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours. We have a management office onsite open Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm. Residents may also reach us via email, call or text through the tenant portal. Our maintenance line is open 24/7 for emergencies and regular maintenance requests. We strive to provide a great experience to all our residents.
I love living at Media Station Apartments. This place has everything I need. This is my first time renting and I heard it from other people that if you have bad management team, it is a nightmare to live there no matter how nice the place is. I certainly agree with this! The staff at Media Station Apartments from the property manager to maintenance have been fantastic! They are friendly, polite, and quick to respond to questions/issues. I’d recommend Media Station Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Come talk to Renata and/or her team and you won’t be disappointed!
I have lived here 3 years. The apartments look very nice i love that they have a usable fire place and good responsive management team. The few issues I have with this place are that the renovations only look nice some of the outlets pull out of the walls. the bathroom sink basin just cracked one day and management tried to charge to fix it. They continue to raise rent at a larger amount every year when the apartment is already overpriced for what your getting. Also the power and plumbing in this place are terrible make sure your expensive electronics are on power conditioners.
My husband and I are medical residents working in nearby hospitals and lived at Media Station Apartments for 1 year. We loved our experience and wish that we could've stayed longer but we had to move states due to our job. We constantly talk about how wonderful our life was at Media Station Apartments. The apartments are immaculate and the management is exceptional. They are quick to respond to any maintenance requests and flexible about move-in/out dates. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet as well. We have nothing but praise for this apartment complex and the management team.

We absolutely loved living here and are sad to leave! Media Station is Media’s hidden secret and we would choose to live here 100x over. Responsiveness of office and maintenance was much appreciated, as well as the cleanliness of the property. We would recommend Media Station above all other rental units in Media.
Great place to live. Awesome location. The ladies at the leasing office were on point and always replied promptly. Application process was super easy, I did right online at their website, uploaded proof of income and a picture of my ID, paid the app fee online with a credit card. The next day I was approved, signed the lease in two days. Great experience. The unit was immaculate when I took possession. The pool is definitely a huge plus to have. Everyone seems really nice and polite.
I have been living at MSA for over 2 years now. The apartment is nicely renovated and spacious. The closets are big, specially the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. I love that I have 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a storage closet on the balcony, which is helpful to store luggage, Christmas decorations etc. The neighbors are nice and respectful. The people down in the office are really nice and always respond right away when we have a repair request. We pay our rent online every month (super convenient!), we can also request maintenance work online through the tenant portal. The pool is my favorite place in the summer. We have lived in other places before in Media and this one is by far the best place and most affordable since all utilities, but electricity bill (about $30 per month) are included in the rent. That's huge savings right there! Anyway, if you are looking for a place to call home, we highly recommend Media Station Apartments.

I have been a tenant at Media Station Apartments for a very long time. I love it here! The grounds are nice, the pool area is very tranquil, the apartment is super spacious with a large walk in closet. I love the fact that I have my own washer and dryer in the apartment and I don’t have to share with others. The maintenance staff are always nice and do their best to accommodate and get things fixed ASAP. The ladies in the office are super! They are always smiling and ready to help. Viera is soon to retire and Renata the new manager is very nice and knowledgeable, plus she is on top of things. I’m very happy here and highly recommend to anyone looking to move in.
