RENTAL HISTORY Two years of rental history is required. You must provide us with all information necessary to contact past landlords (we reserve the right to deny your application if, after making a good-faith effort, we are unable to verify your rental history). SUFFICIENT INCOME VERIFICATION A two-year employment history is required. Your gross income must be equal to or greater than three times (3x’s) the amount of rent. Income must be verifiable through pay stubs or tax records (self-employment must be verifiable through tax records). BACKGROUND CHECKS Criminal background checks are done on all applicants. Certain criminal convictions will automatically disqualify applicant.
