there is a reason for the poor rating.
the property owners do not care at all. it is a HUD sponsored property and they don't seem to care either. i have lived here for 10 years and when i moved in it was pretty good, but every time we have a management change it gets worst and the ones we have now is no good at all. we complain, and complain but to no avail....if i could afford it i would surly move.....
