The walls are so thin. You can hear every conversation the people are having under you so i can just imagine what being on the bottom sounds like. They move in college kids that are very loud, and have parties almost every night. Something needs to be said.

Our residents' comfort is very important to us and we are sorry to hear that noise from your neighbors has been an issue. Noise pollution can be an unfortunate side effect of living in a multifamily housing situation, but if the noise is excessive or you feel that your neighbors are violating community policies, we would be happy to discuss the matter with you more in detail. I have lived here for 3 years. I have never lived anywhere else that was this bad. If you have any maintenance issues, be prepared for them to be ignored. The manager is a joke, her maintenance workers are her friends. Who have no practical experience. They not only dont do their job, they don't know how to do their job. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!
