Property Ratings at MEADOWVIEW APARTMENTS
This community is extremely beautiful, well-kept and peaceful community. The manger here name is Melissa and this woman is literally (Superwoman). When there was deep snow on the ground she would be outside bright and early with her crew making sure the snow was removed and salt on the ground for safe passage for everyone. She is the type of property manager you get once in a lifetime. It could not be better located and is right across from the Beaver Dam Hospital and nearby is a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. I have a 2-bedroom apartment and a personal parking garage with all the latest updates including full-size washer and dryer in my unit. For the price and location there are no better deals in town “trust me I looked”. Overall, I give Meadowview Apartments 5 stars! Earl.
2 bedroom unit with 1k sq ft. Nice vaulted ceilings. 2nd floor gets added sq ft which we've turned into an office. Pets welcome. Really nice neighborhood, but it can be loud since the hospital is just across the street (sirens and medivac flying overhead). Move in process was hassle free, with generous move-in specials. Option to pay rent online makes it convenient and hassle free, but there is a small processing fee. Appliances are decent, a little dated, but they are reliable with no issues to date. There's no central A/C which is a bummer during summer. This will be our first winter here, so we're interested to try out the heated floor, which is the sole source of heating. Not sure that'll be enough, but we'll find out soon enough. Unit comes with a detached garage, but the garage is a bit of a walk from our front door. Lots of pros, some cons, overall so-far-so-good.
Nice 2 bdrm apartments with a garage, very open and spacious. Quite and friendly atmosphere, well kept grounds. All appliances included in the unit (washer, dryer, water heater, dishwasher, and garbage disposal). Wide stairs for upstairs units so it is very easy to move furniture in.
