If you are working in Marinette, this apartment gives the best blend of luxury, convenience, and peacefulness that you can find in the area. It's in the center of Marinette's commercial / restaurant area so anything you could ever need is a 1min drive away, but you wouldn't know it 'cause the apartment complex is isolated away in a quiet and pretty spot surrounded by some woods. The apartments are clean and spacious, and the complex is friendly / quiet. The property manager is helpful and friendly, and if problems occur, ownership and the manager seem to do their best to accommodate, within reason.
