This complex is just gorgeous! I have lived here for awhile now and i never want to leave. The grounds are always clean and the staff is super helpful even through the tough times!
The design and layout of the floor plans are really beautiful and upscale. I love the option to have a garage, this was a must for me. It's also next to a green space where my kids can play. The staff here are always very responsive and friendly as well. I highly recommend living here and I just referred a friend who is moving soon.
Safe, well maintained, and excellent staff! We looked at numerous properties over the last 5 years and have settled on this as our home. The pricing is competitive, you get a lot for your money, the neighborhood is safe, and the staff are top notch! I highly recommend this property!
They tell you one thing when you sign in and once you moved in the rules change. When we first moved in we were concern about having only one parking space even though we have two bedrooms and we have two cars. When we voiced our concern we were told that there were enough guest parking and we were not gonna have trouble. Now they have change the rules that nobody can not park on the guest parking. We are stack not knowing where to park our second car. Management quoted their fine print rules and couldn’t help us and corporate refused to even answer our many many calls. Regret signing up for this apartment and CAN NOT wait till my lease ends.
Couldn't be more convenient! A few minutes walk to Max is exactly what I needed! Close to shopping and a straight shot downtown. The grounds are clean and maintenance is friendly and professional. Office staff is helpful and friendly and addresses issues, if any, in a timely and courteous manner. Recommend to friends and family!
My fiancé and I both work very hard for our money. He’s a paramedic and has been taking care of his elderly grandparents so therefore does not have renters history. I have 5+ years (good history and overall good, clean tenants and never late on rent) but we were still required to have a co-signer and there was no option to have a higher deposit. Not everyone has parents with a great credit score or someone else willing to do that for them so we turned the apartment down. There is also only one covered spot we had to pay even extra for on top of having to pay for ALL utilities on the already high rent for a one bedroom. We were told to park on the street or to park at the MAX station which isn’t legal or considerate. What do people do for multiple people who have cars to get to work? We’re looking elsewhere.
I absolutely love living here! The staff is so helpful and professional. Maintenance is so quick to help with any issues or questions. The property itself is always so clean and I feel so comfortable living here. I would highly recommend moving here to anyone. AMAZING apartments
