I was here a year. Everything was smooth from application to approval. The ladies in office were nice. The gentlemen doing maintenance helpful and always came when I needed something to be done. All in all, I would definitely rent here again in the future.

Management is great! They are friendly and helpful. They are easy to get a hold of. Work orders are quickly taken care of. This complex has the best parking I have seen in an apartment complex. I almost never struggle to find a place to park. My one gripe is that it advertises being cat friendly, not dog friendly, yet there are people here who have dogs. One of the things that made it attractive to live here was not having dogs everywhere, barking, etc. But recently I see people walking small dogs and can hear them barking. I've even seen them kept on patios. Management should enforce their pet policy of 2 CATS and no dogs. Otherwise this is a nice place and I highly recommend it!
Lived here 7 years. Office doesnt look out for people. My truck was stolen and the only four neighbors I knew had a car stolen also. Mailbox was compromised and removed, my bank account was compromised.
The staff is friendly enough. Its location is pretty nice. For our first place its not a bad spot. No dogs allowed though and the "Park" is def not something I want my kids playing on.
Apartment is closed to many places especially the 91 fwy. Everyone who used 91 fwy knows what a horrible fwy it is but there are many streets surrounding these apartments. They are clean and come with washer and dryer a big plus. Close to many schools
Needs to be more informative, office not always open, unattened kids running around cause damage to cars etc
I love my place but hate the staff that work here.
