Property Ratings at Meadowland Villas
I live by the pond and the view is fantastic. There is lots of birds, ducks, rabbits, and in the summer, we are visited by cranes. The pond has a family of muskrats. We have nice size patios you can sit on to watch it all. One of the nicest things is the doorways are extra-large and I can get around easily with my scooter or walker. I love the walk-in shower. It has a seat which is nice for us older people. The site management is wonderful. They are very friendly and attend to issues in a timely manner. I love living here.
I have lived here for over a year and love it! The management is great. Never hear your neighbors and everyone is very friendly.
We moved in as first residents in our unit when our building was initially built. We especially loved: the vaulted ceilings, storage closets, spacious rooms, new/clean appliances, garage (2-car unit), and the island kitchen. Our balcony view overlooking the other apartment complexes was gorgeous in the summertime. We did pick up some new allergies from living here, though hard to pinpoint the exact origin. Overall, this complex is luxurious and its location is perfect for shopping and travel.
We have not moved in just yet, but the onsite staff has been very accommodating. They were very polite and knowledgeable, and treated us with respect. My wife and I are very excited to move in to this 1st class community. We love the looks and feel of the rooms, and the location is excellent! If your looking for a 1st class living set up is Sheboygan this is the right place to be!!
