Meadowfield Townhomes

Meadowfield is a nice place to call home.great area.clean .nice courts.well maintained .very attentive to maintenance calls. Management are very cooperative with your concerns and needs.Arlyne in the office is a gem she's an awesome person and always listens to you and your suggestions and or concerns.highly recomended.thank you Meadowfield. The first winter we were there the furnace kept turning off in the middle of the night. Us and our newborn would wake up to a 60 degree house. They attempted to fix it several times and each time it would break again that night. Finally they replaced an entire electrical board in the unit and it worked. The next winter the entire furnace caught on fire from an electrical problem inside the unit. I had to sleep elsewhere for several days while they got the new furnace permitted by the city. It was later revealed they installed it without a permit and the city came and gave it a permit after the fact. Additionally, the front door and surrounding doorframe were rotting and allowing cold winter air and rain to come into my townhouse. I filed many complaints and maintenance requests only to get unprofessional patchwork solutions that never worked and made my front door look trashy to visitors. On a call with the regional manager Sue, she was very rude and implied that all the problems I had experienced were my fault. When I asked them to replace the door she told me, in a very rude way, that they couldn’t accommodate my request in such short notice (I had been complaining for over a year) and that I should move out. On a final note, these townhouses are completely open to the outside. When they cut the grass the entire townhouse smelled strongly of grass. Unbearable if you have allergies or just don’t enjoy that smell. Avoid this place if you want to be comfortable and feel good about where you live.

Maintenance team came out and quickly assessed the issue. Gave me timelines when parts will be in and when they can fix it. Their communication is great!

I have lived here for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. I moved into a freshly renovated and carpeted apartment. I enjoy my neighbors and the neighborhood. There are several playgrounds for my son to play on and sidewalks throughout the property to take a walk. My service requests are addressed by the next business day and done well! Really have nothing but positive things to say about this property!

Very friendly staff and have taken care of all problems that came up. The place is clean and in a friendly neighborhood!

I'm going on my 4th year living here. Every single year they raise the rent around $100. I never request maintenance. I'm a tech. I can fix most things myself. I'm not here months at a time. I travel for work. The units are from the 60's or 70's, full of mold. The pool, which they don't own and could be taken away from us at any time, is 50 years old. We can't rent the Club House... Don't bother renting here.
