Meadowbrook Apartments

I really enjoy living here, especially as a mother of a small child. The environment and attitude of other tenants all seem to be family oriented, which is a super plus for me, but the staff is wonderful as well. Pandora (landlord / property manager) goes out of her way to make sure all your requests are handled in ASAP. If you need something, she's on it!! These apartments are convenient!!! They are minutes from the heart of up-and-coming Foley and maybe 10 minutes from Gulf Shores...making every drive a smooth one. We first started out in the 2BR/ 1BA but have since moved to the 3 BR/ 3BA. Do you casually know anyone that has a 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment / home? I do not. I absolutely love it!! And i love boasting about it because it truly is a rare find. My fiancé, my daughter and myself all get our own closets and bathrooms! How lush?!

The location is convenient to everything! I love my apartment! Ms. Pandora is the best Property Manager I have ever met! Any problem I have had, and not that there have been many, she has addressed right away. She works so hard for her residents and is one of the main reasons that this place is great!

I have lived here for over a year and Meadowbrook is such a great, homey and quiet place to live. The manage blows off the sidewalks every morning and the new maintenance man Craig is so helpful and willing to repair anything needed right away.

This is a great place to live. Paula and Pandora are awesome and take care of any issues in a timely manner. Family atmosphere!!

I've been living with Meadowbrook here in Foley for about two years now and I just signed another year lease. I live in one of the three bedroom units with a couple of close friends and I've only had positive experiences. Any issue that has come up with the apartment (Even one or two that we may have caused through lesser Adulting experience) has been dealt with and fixed fast, like within a day or two of me letting Miss Paula know. Also management is always so nice and inviting, every time I walk into the office I'm greeted with a warm welcome and a "how are we doing today?", or "Hello! what brings you in today?", and those types of welcomes have stayed consistent in my entire time living here.

I lived in Meadowbrook for 4 years and loved it. The tenants worked together to make it a comfortable place to live. We had activities during holidays and Paula, the property manager did her best to please everyone. The playground was really nice for the children and the areas set aside for the older children allowed all ages a place to play. The added trees and bushes made it more inviting and we were always getting new things to improve our apartments (I lived in a 3 bedroom/3 bath) or the grounds. I was fortunate enough to move into a house or I would still be living at Meadowbrook!

Been here about 7 weeks and haven't been pleased. Dish washer hasn't worked since i moved in. Maintenance man has been out twice. The 2nd time he fixed the first issue now it pours water all over the floor. My AC went out Christmas Eve morning when it was over 80 degrees that day. Do not offer 24 hour service. I'm six months pregnant and have a 3 yr old so we spent 4 days in an apartment that never got below 82 degrees even with fans. Office managers response to our AC being out was you should have left a message, I would have checked it from home. No where online, in the lease or in person was that ever stated prior to this event.

I live in a three bedroom apartment with THREE bathrooms. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets plus a very large pantry. I have lived here a year and five months. The owners are very friendly and they have really fixed the outside up by planting lots of trees. I really love the property manager. She is really nice. The office manager is great also. Anything that we tenants needs done in our apartments gets done quickly and efficiently. I have great neighbors also. I plan to live here for a long time.

Meadowbrook is the best! They helped me when no one else would and I am coming on 2 years with them. I'm on social security diisability and it's hard to make ends meet. But life here is good.

I have lived in Meadowbrook nearly 2 years. They gave me a shot when no one else did. They have a clean complex, beautiful, affordable apartments. They are caring and involved in the community. Pat and Paula are the best on site managers ever. They make Meadowbrooke shine!
