Property Ratings at Meadowbrook Apartments and Townhomes
Basement floods every time it rains. Management is horrible. Don’t move here.
I would not recommend moving here. The space is great, but when you have a problem in your unit, they take a while to fix it, or never fix it at all. Also, they have nasty attitudes when you ask to have something fixed or replaced in your unit. They simply don’t care!!! The units aren’t new or updated. Management like to tell you whatever you’re asking to be fixed isn’t an emergency when in fact it could be an emergency to you! I can’t wait to move.
