At Meadowbrook Apartments and Townhomes, our goal is to assure a comfortable, quality living environment, where customer service is our number one priority. WE DON'T ACCEPT SECTION 8 HOUSING. Application fee is $50.00 per adult, $70.00/married. All applicants must be 21 years of age. Application fee paid by debit/credit card, money order or cashier’s check only, made payable to Goralnik Realty. Most recent paycheck stub or proof of employment is required. $25.00 for occupancy permit from the city of Overland is required prior to move-in. $40.00 inspection fee is required and due at time of move-in. Renter’s insurance is required. Insurance declaration page with Goralnik Realty listed as additional insured or other interested party is required at time of move-in.
