Me mudado hace 2 meses y el lugar increíble estás cercas de muchos lugares el ambiente es muy bonito para que te relaja y todo tienes la patilla para que puedas compartir tiene el gym para que estés relajado físicamente y el equipo mantenimiento hace un buen trabajo como leasing , el único problema es que la piscina no es accesible para ti como dicen , tengo que esperar hasta mayo para poder usarla , si eso cambiaría y tener accesibilidad de entrar cuando cualquier residente quiere al mes que quiera sería excelente , le doy 5 estrellas me sentido que meadow wood me hace sentir en casa !
With all the rents skyrocketing in Oakland and San Francisco, finding this little bit of heaven close to BART was a miracle and then some. I left a studio apartment in a former residential hotel in Downtown Oakland, for a 1 bedroom that was clean, spacious and had a patio and working AC and Heating!!!! Boasting two steps of afterhour gated entry as well as security, I feel safe in the common areas and have been lucky to have them around for lockouts and minor apartment issues. It has been a while since I had a voice intercom for people to "buzz up" but this place has TWO! Having the pool and nearby fitness center in addition to the coolest apartment managers alive, I hope this is my last apartment before I buy my own- it truly is a fun place to live with a Cali vibe, KIDS everywhere and a cross-cultural mix that gets along great.
This is a great apartment, I've been here just about 2 years now and I've never found myself complaining. The girls at the front desk are wonderful, more than pleased to help you. There's a gym on site, its well equipped. There is a pool and gated parking! Highly recommended!
Apartment staff is very friendly and this complex is close to the freeway, places and bay area rapid transit. Also the complex has 2 pools and a gym to workout.
Meadow wood apartments is a great place, the girls at the main desk are very kind and very fair.
We have been staying in this apartment for more that a year now and we are very happy and satisfied with the service quality.
Been staying here for almost three years and I am very satisfied with the place. The Management and staff are very helpful, polite and considerate. My neighbors are nice and the place is very peaceful and well maintained. I love the swimming pool, gym and the trees surrounding the complex. It is very accessible, there is bus line and near BART.
